The Walt Disney Company published the video on November 12, 2024, as part of Disney+’s fifth-anniversary announcements. The seasons featured were planned for 2025; they are not upcoming releases today.
What was in Disney’s fifth-anniversary preview?
The video highlighted Cassian Andor’s next chapter and the inner workings of Carmy’s restaurant, while previewing a broader selection of series. Disney’s announcement also named Alien: Earth, Chad Powers, Daredevil: Born Again, Good American Family, Goosebumps: The Vanishing, Ironheart, Paradise, Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew and The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6.
The original U.S. announcement and preview are available from The Walt Disney Company. Its video runs approximately two minutes and is a promotional slate preview, rather than a full trailer focused on either returning series.
When did Andor Season 2 come out?
Disney’s November 12, 2024 U.S. slate announcement listed Andor Season 2 for April 22, 2025. A later Disney+ UK announcement, dated March 24, 2025, gave April 23, 2025 as the start date in its regional schedule. Those dates refer to different regional announcements, not a single worldwide date.

The UK notice described the season as the show’s concluding 12 episodes, arranged in four chapters of three episodes. After the first chapter, the remaining chapters were scheduled to arrive weekly. See Disney+ UK’s 2025 lineup announcement for that release structure.
Where was The Bear Season 4 available?
The U.S. announcement marked The Bear Season 4 and certain other Hulu titles for Hulu on Disney+ for U.S. bundle subscribers. That note describes the bundle arrangement stated in the November 2024 announcement; it should not be read as a promise of availability in every country or under every subscription. The later UK slate also included The Bear Season 4, but its regional listing does not establish that the U.S. bundle terms applied there.
