Yes. After the 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony, Taylor Swift was reported to have changed from her red-carpet Vivienne Westwood Couture mini dress into a silver Gucci mini dress for an after-party. The change was reported by Marie Claire; the coverage does not establish why she changed or whether she meant to keep it secret.

It attributed the specific Gucci style identification to Taylor Swift Style author Sarah Chapelle—not to Swift or her stylist.
What is known about the change—and what remains uncertain?
Marie Claire reported the silver dress as a past-season Gucci embroidered GG wool dress with glitter and listed its retail price as $3,800 at the time of publication. That is a historical reported price, not a current price or indication that the dress is available to buy. The report does not say where the change happened or how it was carried out.

Marie Claire also reported a separate moment during the ceremony: Swift caught and wore a black tuxedo jacket Janelle Monáe had worn during the Quincy Jones tribute. That jacket moment was distinct from the reported later change into the Gucci dress.
