Taylor Swift Touring reported $2,077,618,725 in gross ticket sales for the Eras Tour, with 10,168,008 tickets sold, according to ABC News. Pollstar published a higher figure, $2,201,107,485, but identified it as an estimate—not a second official accounting. The tour ended in Vancouver on December 8, 2024, after 149 shows.
How much did the Eras Tour gross?
The reported final gross was $2,077,618,725 in ticket sales. ABC News attributed that figure to Taylor Swift Touring in its December 9, 2024 report. Guinness World Records lists the same gross, attributing it to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore, and recognizes the Eras Tour as the highest-grossing music tour in its record entry.
Pollstar’s year-end figure was $2,201,107,485. Pollstar described this as its own estimate, based on box-office reports and additional market research, rather than a reported final total from the tour. Its December 9 report initially put the estimate at about $2.2 billion.

The totals differ because they do not represent the same kind of figure. Pollstar says its estimate combines its box-office reports with research into ticket prices by market, venue capacities, premium seating, comparable tours, historical venue sales and estimated tickets sold; it also noted that Swift’s actual ticket-sales figures had not been reported to Pollstar in the prior two years. The reported tour figure and Pollstar’s estimate should therefore be kept distinct rather than treated as competing official accounts. How many tickets were sold?
Guinness lists 10,168,008 tickets for the tour, along with a $204.33 average ticket price and 68,242 average attendance, citing figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. Pollstar’s separate estimate was 10.055 million tickets, with average attendance of 67,487. These are source-specific figures, not interchangeable counts. Guinness also records 149 shows across 51 stadiums, 19 countries and five continents. Its record entry provides the reported figures and tour scale.
When and where did the tour end?
The Eras Tour ran from March 17, 2023, through December 8, 2024, according to Guinness. Its final show took place at BC Place in Vancouver. Before the night’s last song, Swift thanked the audience, saying, “I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date, my beloved Eras Tour,” as ABC News reported.
What the $2 billion figure does—and does not—measure
These figures describe ticket sales or box-office gross. They are not a measure of Swift’s profit, take-home earnings or the tour’s total income from every source. The cited figures do not establish expenses, merchandise or sponsorship revenue, local economic impact, or revenue from a concert film. Pollstar’s number, in particular, is an estimate built from box-office-related data and ticket estimates, not a complete accounting of tour-related business.
How large was the show?
Pollstar described the performance as a roughly 3.5-hour show with about 40 songs arranged in 10 sections corresponding to Swift’s albums. The set traced her career and expanded to include material from The Tortured Poets Department after the album’s April 2024 release. Pollstar editor-in-chief Andy Gensler called what Swift and the tour accomplished across five continents for more than 10 million fans “extraordinary and unprecedented”—an industry characterization of the scale, separate from the ticket-sales evidence.

Disney announced that the six-episode The End of an Era and The Eras Tour | The Final Show, filmed in Vancouver, began streaming on Disney+ on December 12, 2025.
