Shueisha’s synopsis for Japanese Volume 25, released January 4, 2024, already describes Yuji and the others attempting to revive Gojo ahead of the expected confrontation with Sukuna. When did the reveal happen?
The relevant events belong to the manga’s original 2024 publication, not a newly announced comeback. VIZ dates Chapter 260 to May 26, 2024, and identifies Chapter 261 as the next chapter. Its Chapter 267 listing is dated September 1, 2024, and lists Chapter 271 for September 29. Is this a new official confirmation?
No new confirmation is established here. Jujutsu Kaisen is finished: the franchise’s official anime website announced the manga’s completion on September 30, 2024, and VIZ’s chapter listings place the final stretch in that same month. So a headline saying “now officially confirmed” needs a dated source for a genuinely new announcement; without one, it misleadingly recasts an earlier manga development as breaking news.
