In August 2022, Dhakota Williams announced an OnlyFans page and promoted it on Instagram with suggestive images. She later said that some earlier Instagram Stories had been reported and removed. The available reporting supports a content takedown—not a confirmed permanent ban of her Instagram account.
What happened in August 2022?
Dhakota Williams, then reported as 21, announced on Instagram that she had joined OnlyFans. Her launch followed an announcement by her mother, Roberta Williams, earlier that week. A contemporaneous PerthNow report published September 1, 2022, said Dhakota promoted the paid page with suggestive photographs and Stories.
The reported launch price was $35 per month. That was a historical price at launch, not evidence of her current subscription rate.

Reports described promotional images including:
- a bathtub photograph in which Dhakota wore a white G-string;
- another bathtub image using bubbles to cover her body; and
- Instagram Stories directing followers toward her OnlyFans page.
The coverage describes sexually suggestive promotional material, but it does not establish that the images showed explicit sexual activity or that every image was removed. No Instagram enforcement notice identifying a specific policy violation was published in the available reports.

Was Dhakota Williams banned from Instagram?
There is no verified evidence that Instagram permanently banned or disabled her account. The wording attributed to Dhakota was that her previous Stories had been reported and removed.

Why might Instagram have removed it?
The contemporaneous report said users had reported the Stories and linked the removals to Instagram’s rules on sexually suggestive content. Instagram did not publicly identify the precise rule applied to Dhakota’s images in the coverage available here. The safest description is that the material appears to have been removed after reports, apparently because it was judged too sexually suggestive or otherwise inconsistent with Instagram’s content rules.
What was the OnlyFans connection?
Dhakota’s Instagram posts functioned as advertising for her new subscription page. Her mother, Roberta Williams, had reportedly launched her own OnlyFans page shortly beforehand, with coverage placing the initial price at $30 per month.

A later PerthNow follow-up reported Dhakota saying that she had tripled her first-week goal and reached the top 0.09% of creators during her first two weeks. Those are reported claims, not independently verified earnings or platform data; a ranking percentage does not disclose her revenue or subscriber count.
Who is Dhakota Williams?
Dhakota is the daughter of Carl Williams, an Australian underworld figure who was killed at Barwon Prison in 2010 while serving a lengthy sentence for serious criminal offences. Her mother, Roberta Williams, has also been a public figure. Australian media had followed Dhakota’s life before the OnlyFans story, often because of that family history. A 9News profile documented that earlier attention.

That background explains why the launch attracted coverage, but it does not change what the Instagram reports establish: promotional Stories were reportedly removed, while an account-wide ban remains unconfirmed.

What remains unknown?
- whether Dhakota’s Instagram account is currently active;
- whether her OnlyFans account remains active or what it currently costs;
- whether the removed Stories were restored;
- whether Instagram issued a warning, strike, or temporary restriction; and
- her current earnings, subscribers, or creator ranking.
The incident is a historical 2022 entertainment-news report. Later reposts or present-tense headlines should not be read as proof that a permanent Instagram ban occurred.
