What is the show about?
Super Team Canada is a 10-part, half-hour adult animated comedy. Its six little-known Canadian superheroes are called into action after the world’s other heroes are trapped and killed. They face threats ranging from giant evil robots to an unemployed octopus and a needy hardware store clerk. Bell Media’s launch announcement describes them as “six lesser known and underrated Canadian superheroes, tasked with saving the world from giant evil robots, an unemployed octopus, and a seriously needy hardware store clerk.”
The official promotional framing leans into Canadian cultural references and self-deprecating superhero comedy. The series is classified by Atomic Cartoons as “Adult Action, Comedy.”
