The WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, is a working talent-development facility for WWE recruits—not a venue with confirmed general public tours. WWE opened it on July 11, 2013, as the new home of its talent-development system, NXT. Its recruit program combines ring training with conditioning, character development, injury care, and professional and educational support.
Where is the WWE Performance Center?
The facility covered here is WWE’s center in Orlando, Florida. WWE’s official recruit portal identifies Orlando as the training base where recruits relocate to join the program. The available official information does not establish a current public address or address-level directions, so confirm details with WWE before planning a visit.
WWE also has a separate Performance Center in the United Kingdom. It announced that facility in January 2019 to support NXT UK talent; it is not the Orlando center discussed throughout this guide.
What is the Performance Center for?
WWE announced the Orlando center’s opening on July 11, 2013, describing it as the new home of NXT and the company’s talent-development system. WWE’s recruit portal continues to describe the Orlando facility as the training ground for its next generation of Superstars.

What do WWE recruits do there?
WWE describes a structured program that extends beyond learning wrestling moves. Recruits relocate to Orlando, and the recruit portal lists these areas of development:

- Education and professional development: WWE says recruits can pursue college education, learn languages, receive life-skills training, and take part in public-speaking opportunities.
Attendance and participation at NXT television tapings and live events are at the discretion of NXT coaching staff. That describes recruit involvement; it does not mean that fans can enter the facility or attend a taping there.
Can fans visit or tour the WWE Performance Center?
WWE’s official recruit information does not confirm a general visitor policy, public tour schedule, or current public opening hours. Do not assume that fans can tour the building, show up for entry, or use an NXT ticket to access the training facility.

WWE has an official page titled WWE Performance Center: All Access that has listed an event at the center. An event listing is time-sensitive and does not establish an ongoing tour program or general visitor access. Check current WWE announcements before making plans.
How did the Orlando center begin?
In its 2013 opening announcement, WWE said the Orlando facility measured 26,000 square feet and contained seven training rings. The same announcement described an intended cohort of approximately 75 talent. Those are figures reported at opening, not verified current measurements, ring counts, or enrollment.

WWE’s 2013 feature also described a gym, medical and physical-therapy areas, rooms for developing on-camera personas, and production facilities. These are historical descriptions of the facility at that time, not confirmation of its current layout or staffing.
At the opening, then-WWE Executive Vice President of Talent and Live Events Paul “Triple H” Levesque said the center “represents the guaranteed future success of our company.” That was his statement at the 2013 launch, not evidence of a measured outcome.

How does the UK Performance Center differ?
WWE announced a separate UK Performance Center in January 2019 and said it would develop NXT UK talent. The announcement described the planned facility as 17,000 square feet with two training rings. These are announcement-era figures for the UK center, not current specifications and not details of the Orlando facility.
| Facility | Location | Program described by WWE | Announcement-era size and rings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orlando Performance Center | Orlando, Florida | NXT and WWE’s talent-development system (2013 announcement) | 26,000 square feet; seven rings (2013 announcement) |
| UK Performance Center | United Kingdom | NXT UK talent development (2019 announcement) | 17,000 square feet; two rings (2019 announcement) |
The size and ring-count figures come from separate announcements in different years. They should not be treated as current facility inventories or as a like-for-like comparison of present-day capacity.
How do you get recruited by WWE?
WWE’s official recruit portal is the appropriate starting point for current information about its talent-development pathway. The material describes what recruits do after joining, including relocation to Orlando; it does not establish a guaranteed route into the program, a current intake schedule, or a current recruit count. Follow the portal’s current instructions rather than treating a visit to the Performance Center as an application or audition.
