Yes, Crave credentials may work on more than one device, but how many people can watch at once depends on your subscription and billing provider. That stream limit does not, by itself, say whether sharing with someone at another address is allowed. Check the current Crave Terms and Conditions for your plan before sharing outside your household.
How many people can watch Crave at the same time?
Crave’s simultaneous-stream allowance varies by plan and by how you get the service. It means how many streams can play at once—not how many households are authorized to use one account.

These are plan signals from provider and partner pages, not one universal chart for every Crave subscriber. The available Bell pages even use different ad-supported plan names and stream limits. Check the plan displayed in your own Crave account or provider account before relying on a number. Prices and offers can change, and taxes or eligibility requirements may apply.

Can you share Crave with someone in another household?
A person at another address may be able to sign in with your credentials. That only shows that the sign-in worked; it does not establish that the arrangement is permitted by Crave’s terms. Likewise, a plan with four streams does not automatically authorize use in four homes.
The official plan and partner pages cited above describe stream capacity, but that information does not settle a blanket household-sharing rule. Read the current Crave Terms and Conditions, paying attention to any provisions about personal use, account credentials, or who may access the service. If the wording is unclear, do not treat technical access as permission. Crave’s enforcement or authentication practices may also change, so a successful sign-in today is not a guarantee of ongoing access.

For someone who needs regular access from another home, a separate subscription or an eligible official bundle is the more dependable option. Avoid buying or selling access to someone else’s account.

Same household, another device, or another person?
These situations are easy to conflate, but they are different:

- Another device: A phone, TV, browser or streaming box signed into the same account. Device compatibility is separate from the stream allowance.
- Another simultaneous viewer: Someone playing a different stream while you watch. The plan’s concurrent-stream limit applies.
- Another household: Someone at a different address using the login. Whether that is allowed depends on the current terms, not just the stream count.
- Sharing the cost: A private payment arrangement does not create a separate subscription or change who controls the account.
- A temporary login while travelling: Sign-in and catalogue access can depend on location, licensing and current service terms. Do not assume uninterrupted access outside Canada.
Do not assume Crave offers Netflix-style independent profiles or a formal add-a-member feature. Profiles, where available, separate recommendations or histories; they are not the same as extra devices or streams. If other users need independent privacy, billing, parental controls or account recovery, separate subscriptions are a better fit.
What happens if too many people try to watch?
If the number of active streams exceeds the entitlement, a viewer may be unable to start playback or may see a notice that too many devices are streaming. Stop playback on a device that is no longer being used, then try again. If the limit is routinely too low, check whether your plan offers a higher stream allowance.

If you are below the limit but playback still fails, check whether the device is supported, the app is current, the title is available on your plan, and—if the subscription is provider-linked—that you signed in through the right provider. Some ad-supported plans have device or casting limitations, and licensing can affect title availability. Bell, for example, notes limitations involving selected Fibe TV receivers, AirPlay and Roku on its plan page. A stream limit does not guarantee that every device or title will work.

A subscription obtained through a telecom, TV service, retail membership or bundle may not behave like a direct Crave subscription. The provider can determine the login method, stream allowance, billing and cancellation route, and eligible devices.

- Bell: Bell lists several Crave plan configurations and sells Crave through its mobility and entertainment offerings. Check the exact plan and billing route shown to you.
- Rogers: Rogers says customers who get Crave through Rogers can use the Crave app with their MyRogers ID and password. See Rogers Crave access.
- Walmart+: Its advertised Crave benefit lists two simultaneous streams and up to 1080p. Confirm current eligibility and benefit details at Walmart+.
- Disney+ bundle: The Canadian bundle page lists different Crave stream allowances for its ad-supported and Premium bundles. Check the current bundle details.
- SaskTel or another provider: Limits and sign-in steps can be provider-specific. SaskTel’s stated five-device allowance is an example, not a standard rule for all Crave plans.
Before sharing or cancelling, identify who bills you and which account credentials are required. A provider-linked subscription may need to be managed through that provider rather than directly through Crave.

- Confirm the plan name, billing provider and stream allowance in your account or provider portal.
- Review the current Crave terms, especially before giving access to someone outside your home.
- Share only with someone you trust. A login may expose subscription details and give another person ways to affect account security or access.
- Use a unique password that you do not reuse for email, banking or other services. Do not post it publicly or send it through a seller or marketplace.
- Keep payment details and account-recovery access private. The account holder should understand they remain responsible for billing and recovery.
- If your account provides a way to review or remove devices, use it to address old or unknown sign-ins; do not assume a particular device-management control exists.
- Change the password if you shared it with someone who should no longer have access.
Is splitting the cost worth it?
Splitting a bill may lower each person’s apparent cost, but the account holder still controls the subscription, billing and usually account recovery. Informal arrangements can lead to disputes over payments, password changes, cancellations, stream limits and who loses access when the account holder stops paying. If the other users live elsewhere, there is also the separate question of whether the arrangement complies with the current terms.
Buying a login from a stranger on social media, a forum or a password-sharing marketplace is especially risky. The credentials could be stolen, the seller could reclaim the account, or access could disappear after you pay. Fake activation pages can also be used for phishing. Subscribe through Crave or an identifiable official provider instead; do not send e-transfers for an account you do not control.

When a separate plan or bundle makes more sense
- Choose a direct Crave subscription if you only want Crave and want billing managed directly.
- Consider a higher tier if the plan currently available to you offers the number of streams, quality or downloads your household needs. Confirm device compatibility and the current price before upgrading.
- Consider Walmart+ if you already value its other benefits and its Crave allowance meets your needs; do not assume it is the best value if you want only Crave.
- Consider a Disney+ bundle only if your household wants both services and the current bundle price and stream allowance suit you.
- Consider Bell, Rogers or another provider if you are already an eligible customer and its offer is genuinely worthwhile. Check where billing, sign-in and cancellation are handled.
