Frontier Touring announced Bryan Adams’ So Happy It Hurts Tour for Australia and New Zealand in February 2025, with English singer-songwriter James Arthur as special guest at every show. The dates are now historical: the promoter’s archive marks the completed concerts as finished and the Perth date as cancelled.
What was announced
Frontier Touring announced the regional leg on 30 August 2024. The original itinerary covered Christchurch, Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane; the promoter later added a second Christchurch show and a second Melbourne show. James Arthur was announced as special guest for all performances, which the promoter described as his first shows in Australia and New Zealand. Frontier Touring’s announcement and archived tour schedule provide the announcement and event details.

Why the Perth concert was cancelled
For the 9 February show at RAC Arena, Frontier Touring said an external water-supply issue affecting Wellington Street made it unsafe for patrons to enter the venue. The promoter said ticket refunds would be automatic to the original payment method. Its notice does not describe the concert as rescheduled. Check the archived promoter schedule and cancellation notice for the stated status and refund information.
The artists and album context
Bryan Adams and So Happy It Hurts
Frontier Touring presented Adams as a returning live performer in the region and described So Happy It Hurts as his 16th studio album, released in 2022. The announcement named familiar songs including “Summer of ’69,” “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You,” “Heaven” and “Run To You.” Those are examples cited in the announcement, not a confirmed setlist for these shows.

James Arthur
The announcement described Arthur as an English singer-songwriter and said his 2024 release Bitter Sweet Love reached No. 1 on the UK album chart. It also reported that he had over 40 million monthly Spotify listeners; that was Frontier Touring’s promotional snapshot in its 30 August 2024 announcement, not a current listener count.
Are tickets still available?
No current ticket availability is established for this tour: the scheduled dates have passed, and the promoter archive marks them completed or cancelled. The original announcement scheduled Frontier Members presale for 2 September 2024 and general sales for 4 September 2024; those sales dates are also historical. For later Bryan Adams dates, consult the official tour page, then confirm event details with the venue or an authorized ticketing provider. The current page lists later dates under the Roll With The Punches Tour, a separate tour from the 2025 So Happy It Hurts run.
