Britt Baker was born on April 23, 1991, so she is 35 as of October 8, 2026. Adam Cole said in October 2024 that they were no longer a couple and remained friends; that statement does not establish Baker’s relationship status today. Her height is listed as 5 ft 7 in (170 cm) in a wrestling profile, not independently verified.
