Head of Household Vince Panaro named Lauren Domingue as the replacement nominee. Lauren then won the BB Blockbuster, and Kelley Jorgensen was evicted after Vince broke a 3–2 tie.
What happened at the Week 10 Veto meeting?
Vince Panaro was Head of Household, with Ava Pearl, Keanu Soto and Kelley Jorgensen initially nominated. Morgan Pope won the Power of Veto and used it on Ava. Vince then named Lauren Domingue as the replacement nominee.
The nominee lineup changed again after the ceremony. Keanu, Kelley and Lauren faced the BB Blockbuster, which Lauren won. That left Keanu and Kelley exposed to the eviction vote; Kelley was evicted 3–2, with Vince breaking the tie. Big Brother Network’s season results records the ceremony and eviction sequence.

This is why “who was on the block?” depends on the point in the week: Ava was initially nominated, but Morgan’s Veto removed her and Lauren took her place. The Blockbuster then decided which two of the three post-ceremony nominees remained at risk.

Which episode covered the week?
CBS lists Season 27, Episode 32 on September 17, 2025. Its synopsis says the surviving seven face Zingbot, a new Head of Household is crowned, three nominees hit the block, and a Veto is won. The synopsis establishes the episode chronology but does not detail the Veto meeting outcome. CBS’s Big Brother page provides the official episode listing. For the ceremony and eviction results, the detailed season-results account is from Big Brother Network; CinemaBlend’s September 14 spoiler report had already reported Morgan’s Veto win and stated that she intended to use it.
