If the Beyoncé O2 Priority presale page is stuck, first check whether the event and sale are still active. If they are, start again from the event link inside O2 Priority—not from a general Ticketmaster search—and use the steps below to identify whether the fault is in Priority, the browser hand-off, the queue or ticket availability.
Is the Beyoncé O2 Priority presale still live?
No current Beyoncé sale is listed on Ticketmaster UK. As of August 18, 2026, its Beyoncé artist page shows no upcoming concerts. The O2 Priority presale discussed here was for the COWBOY CARTER TOUR in 2025, so an old app tile, saved link or search result should not be treated as evidence of a current sale.
For that historical UK sale, Ticketmaster listed the O2 Priority presale for February 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The BeyHive presale was February 11 at 12:00 p.m., and general sale was February 14 at 12:00 p.m. Those dates have passed; they are not a schedule for a future tour. Check the current official event listing before troubleshooting a link, and do not assume that a future announcement will use the same dates or ticket provider.
For a future event, a missing Priority listing may mean the sale has not opened, has ended, the link is stale, or your account is not showing the eligible offer. Even when a presale is active, its limited allocation can run out. O2 Priority provides earlier access, not a guarantee of tickets or a discount; availability and prices depend on the event. Use the correct O2 Priority-to-Ticketmaster route
Ticketmaster says O2 Priority presales should generally be accessed through the O2 Priority app or website, using the event link provided there. Going straight to Ticketmaster’s general event page may show a different sale, omit the Priority option or lose the eligibility hand-off. Follow this route when an active Priority offer is available:
- Open the O2 Priority app or visit O2 Priority online.
- Sign in to the O2 or Virgin Media account that has Priority eligibility.
- Find the event under Priority tickets or presales and open its offer.
- Tap the official ticket link shown in Priority.
- Allow it to open in the browser or supported Ticketmaster app, then complete the purchase on the provider’s page.
Ticketmaster’s presale troubleshooting guidance says to use the link supplied by the presale provider; O2 Priority offers are only very rarely accessible through the normal Ticketmaster UK site. O2 can also send Priority customers to AXS or another authorised provider, so use the provider named by the event rather than assuming every offer goes to Ticketmaster. If the O2 Priority app is stuck or will not open
Try these checks in order. O2 says Priority is available through its app and website, making the website a legitimate fallback if the app is the part that fails.

- Close the Priority app completely, reopen it and sign out and back in if it still does not load.
- Check your connection, then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Install any pending Priority app and phone operating-system updates, then restart the phone.
- Try Priority in a standard browser at o2.co.uk/apps/priority.
- If the mobile hand-off still fails, try a desktop or laptop browser and start again from Priority.
A changed mobile number may require you to register for Priority again; O2’s Priority help page covers account access. If other Priority pages also fail, high traffic or a service-side problem is possible, but a single stuck screen does not establish that O2 is down. A blank page or endless spinner is different from a queue that is moving slowly or a page reporting that tickets are unavailable. If the Ticketmaster page itself will not finish loading:
- Keep the original Priority page open, and use the official event link again rather than searching for a replacement link.
- Open the link in your phone’s regular browser instead of repeatedly switching between embedded app windows.
- Sign in to the intended Ticketmaster account. Make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
- Temporarily turn off content blockers or privacy extensions that may block scripts or third-party cookies.
- If the browser session appears corrupted, try a private or incognito window. If that fails, try another browser or a desktop.
- Keep one stable session where possible; repeatedly opening tabs or devices can complicate redirects and may trigger security checks.
Ticketmaster’s guidance for an account marked as paused or suspended advises signing in, enabling cookies and following the on-screen recovery steps: Ticketmaster account activity recovery.

If O2 Priority and Ticketmaster keep sending you in a loop
A redirect loop usually means the two services are not sharing the expected sign-in or sale session. The link may have opened in an embedded browser, Priority authentication may have expired, Ticketmaster may be using a different account session, or browser privacy settings may be blocking the hand-off.
- Return to the original O2 Priority app or website and leave the offer open.
- In the browser you intend to use, sign out of Ticketmaster and sign back in to the correct account.
- Open the event link from Priority again, preferably in the phone’s standard browser rather than an embedded window.
- If the loop continues, restart from the official Priority website on a desktop browser.
A copied Ticketmaster URL from someone else may not carry your eligibility or a valid session, and an old presale link may have expired. Some users have reported device-specific app-to-app loops, but those reports are anecdotal, not an official diagnosis of a Beyoncé-specific fault; see examples at Reddit’s Ticketmaster discussion and Reddit’s concert discussion.

A queue that advances slowly is not necessarily broken. Keep the queue page open and follow its instructions; do not repeatedly refresh or open the same queue in several browsers. O2 says some AXS Priority events use a waiting room that opens 30 minutes before the sale, but that timing applies only if the event sends you to AXS. It should not be assumed for a Ticketmaster sale.

Use the message on screen to distinguish the main cases:
- Blank page or spinner with no queue controls: suspect a browser, app hand-off, session, blocked-script or traffic problem; use the browser checks above.
- Queue is progressing: wait in the one active session and follow the page’s instructions.
- “Activity paused or suspended”: Ticketmaster may have flagged unusual activity. Follow its recovery process instead of making repeated attempts.
- “No exact matches were found”: this usually means the requested tickets are not available, rather than that Ticketmaster is offline.
If tickets appear but you cannot complete checkout
Seats can disappear between selection and checkout when another customer claims them first. A seat map with no reservable seats or a “no exact matches” message can also mean the requested inventory is unavailable; it does not, by itself, prove the entire site has failed.
- Try “Best Available” instead of a precise section or price filter, or change the number of tickets requested. Less restrictive choices may surface other available inventory.
- If the page is in a live queue, refresh only when instructed. Do not refresh repeatedly to try to improve your place.
- If payment is declined or checkout errors, check the payment method and any message from the provider before making another attempt.
- If payment appears to have succeeded but no confirmation arrives, check your email, junk folder and Ticketmaster account for the order and booking reference before trying to buy again.
If the provider handled the order, check that provider’s account for the authoritative booking record. O2 says completed Priority bookings may appear in the Priority app and a confirmation email may also be sent; its Priority help page explains account and booking support.

Do you need an O2 Priority code?
For the 2025 Beyoncé Ticketmaster Artist Presale, Ticketmaster said access was tied to the fan’s account rather than a code. O2 Priority access likewise came through an eligible Priority account and the offer link in the app or website. Do not search randomly for an “O2 code” or treat codes from BeyHive, Mastercard, a venue or another presale as interchangeable. Ticketmaster issues codes for some of its own or Live Nation presales, but not O2 Priority codes; see Ticketmaster’s presale-code guidance.
Who should you contact?
Contact the organisation responsible for the stage that is failing. O2’s Priority support guidance directs customers to the ticket provider for provider-specific booking problems.

When contacting support, include the event name, the provider, the time of the problem, the exact error message and any order reference. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in a public post.
When to stop troubleshooting
If the event is absent from the current official listing, the presale date has passed, or the provider reports no available inventory, changing browsers will not restore that sale. Priority allocations are limited and presale access does not guarantee a ticket. For a future Beyoncé event, rely on the official event listing and the link supplied through O2 Priority; avoid unofficial codes, resale links promising access, and tools claiming to bypass a queue.
