Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →For scheduling ordinary live events across several YouTube channels, start with YouTube Studio or build around the YouTube Live Streaming API; for playing prerecorded videos as a live stream, look at dedicated cloud playlist tools instead. No single option in the available product descriptions is verified as the best manager for every multi-channel workflow. In particular, YouTube requires a separate liveStream resource for each channel, and a standard YouTube video playlist is not itself a scheduled live broadcast.
First, identify what you need to schedule
“Playlist manager” can mean three different jobs. Choose the workflow before comparing tools:
- Schedule a live event: A broadcast is planned in YouTube Studio and streamed at its scheduled time using an encoder or other supported workflow.
- Arrange uploaded videos for on-demand viewing: You create and order a standard YouTube video playlist. This does not make those videos play out as a live broadcast.
- Play prerecorded videos as a live stream: A service sequences uploaded video files and sends the playback to YouTube as a live stream, often on a recurring or continuous schedule.
YouTube documents live scheduling separately from ordinary playlist management. Its encoder guide says, “Scheduling a stream lets you promote your stream,” and explains that a scheduled event can have a shareable URL and viewer reminders. See YouTube’s encoder livestream guide and YouTube’s playlist management guide.
How YouTube handles multiple channels
YouTube Studio is the native starting point for scheduling conventional live broadcasts. It supports scheduling an event, promoting it, sharing its watch URL, and letting viewers set reminders. An operator must still select and manage the relevant channel and connect the stream workflow for each broadcast.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
For automated integrations, the YouTube Live Streaming API manages broadcast and stream resources. Google documents reuse of a channel’s stream settings across that channel’s scheduled or recurring broadcasts, but says multiple channels require a different liveStream resource for each channel. That architecture matters: one stream resource or one playlist should not be assumed to control several distinct channels. Consult the YouTube Live Streaming API reference and Google’s explanation of broadcasts and streams.

| Option | What its page advertises | What to verify for your workflow |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Cloud playback of uploaded videos as an always-on YouTube stream, with playlists, looping, and automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream. #1 for a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube stream: it runs from the cloud, supports any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and has a free first day. | StreamNeo is for keeping a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos; confirm whether its per-slot setup suits your separate channel schedules. It does not replace YouTube Studio’s event promotion workflow. |
| Upstream | Advertises scheduled prerecorded videos as live streams, ordering, cloud playback, 24/7 channels, and multistreaming to up to 10 platforms. The 10-platform figure is a vendor claim, not an independent statistic. | Confirm support and limits for your exact set of distinct YouTube channels, and check current plan restrictions. |
| LiveReacting | Describes creating and ordering a video playlist, connecting a channel, and selecting dates or a repeat schedule. Its page says a paid Medium plan or higher is required for a date list or repeat schedule. | Check current plan terms and whether you can manage independent schedules across all the channels you need. |
| LiveGoLive | Advertises continuous playlist streaming, one-time, recurring, or cyclical schedules, and multistreaming. | The reviewed page does not establish how independent schedules work across multiple YouTube channels. |
| Kritrim | Its pages advertise scheduling livestreams across multiple YouTube channels, including one-time and recurring schedules. | Treat this as a vendor claim until you confirm the workflow, channel limits, and current availability directly. |
Product descriptions can change. Check current feature availability and pricing directly with each vendor before committing. Vendor pages: Upstream, LiveReacting, LiveGoLive, and Kritrim.

- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
- Channel separation: Can you authenticate each YouTube channel independently, and what is the channel limit?
- Schedule type: Does it support one-time events, recurring schedules, or a list of specific dates?
- Playback versus event creation: Does it schedule a live event, or play prerecorded files as a live stream? These are not interchangeable.
- Operation: Does playback run in the cloud, or must a computer and encoder remain online?
- Channel and key setup: How are YouTube authorization, stream keys, and scheduled watch pages handled for each channel?
- Plan limits and price: Check current limits, billing terms, and the plan required for the scheduling controls you need.
- Destinations: If you need platforms beyond YouTube, confirm that the service supports those destinations; multistreaming does not by itself prove multi-channel YouTube scheduling.
Or let it run in the cloud
For prerecorded videos that should keep one YouTube channel live, StreamNeo takes three steps: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo loops the uploaded videos from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. Your files stream as uploaded, at any quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot; automatic recovery restarts the stream if YouTube drops it. The first day is free with no card, limited to one free day per account. Monthly pricing is $9.99 per month. StreamNeo is a YouTube-only service for uploaded video playback, not camera streaming; it does not replace tools for coordinating separate scheduled live events across channels. Learn more at StreamNeo or start the free first day.
