News. Us Weekly later reported in February 2025, citing an unnamed source, that Andrew and Marilee Fiebig had moved in together. These are dated remarks and attributed reports—not confirmation of the couple’s status today.
What Andrew Shue said about being happy
On the August 4, 2024 episode of Still the Place, Andrew Shue said, “I’m doing very well,” then added, “I am very happy. My kids are all great, and I’m working on a project.” Us Weekly quoted the podcast remarks in a report published August 5, 2024. According to that account, Shue did not elaborate on his personal life.
His comment was a general update about how he was doing. He did not say that his happiness was because of his relationship with Marilee Fiebig.
Why Elisabeth Shue called him “very, very happy”
At the August 13, 2024 premiere of The Good Half, E! News asked Andrew’s sister, actor Elisabeth Shue, about him. In a report published August 15, E! quoted her saying, “He’s great. He’s very, very happy.” E! placed the remark in the context of Andrew’s relationship with Fiebig, but the quoted words were Elisabeth’s—not a new statement from Andrew.
