Noor Alfallah is the mother of his son Roman and his co-parent. Reporting says they dated from 2022 until 2024, but their later public appearance together does not establish that they are a couple now.
What is known about Pacino and Noor Alfallah’s relationship?
Pacino and Alfallah were reported to have dated from 2022 to 2024. In October 2024, Pacino described their relationship as a friendship in comments reported by E! and Yahoo; that is a dated statement, not confirmation of their status today. A report in October 2026 described them appearing together at a public event in September. Being seen together does not, by itself, show that they have resumed a romantic relationship. The Daily Beast’s October 2026 report provides the later chronology.

The most grounded current description is that Alfallah is Roman’s mother and Pacino’s co-parent. Calling her his current girlfriend goes beyond what the dated statements and public appearance establish.
Pacino’s children and family
Pacino has four children, according to an October 2024 profile by El País. He has a daughter with acting coach Jan Tarrant, twins with actor Beverly D’Angelo, and Roman with Alfallah. The profile also places fatherhood alongside his reflections on a long career and growing older.

From stage work to screen landmarks
Pacino’s career spans stage and screen, with major film roles in The Godfather, Serpico and Scarface, as well as television work such as Hunters. His screen legacy is not limited to one era or one kind of role: his work ranges from acclaimed crime dramas to later television projects.
El País’s October 2024 profile counted nine Academy Award nominations and five Golden Globe wins for Pacino at that time. Those are dated tallies, not a claim about awards received after publication.

What Pacino has said about aging and illness
Asked whether aging had been comfortable or uncomfortable, Pacino replied, “I don’t know what the hell aging is,” in wording reproduced by El País from a New York Times interview dated October 5, 2024. The line captures his blunt response rather than offering a general account of aging.
In interviews promoting his memoir, Pacino also recalled becoming severely ill with COVID-19 in 2020. El País quoted him saying, “They said my pulse was gone.” This is Pacino’s account of the illness, not an independently verified medical record.
