The mansion linked to Kevin Durant’s reported $15.6 million purchase is in Hidden Hills, California—not Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Nets connection is historical: Durant was with the team around the time of the reported 2021 purchase. Published descriptions offer a few details about the property, but they do not establish whether he owns or lives there today.
Where is Kevin Durant’s $15.6 million mansion?
The home is reported to be in Hidden Hills, a gated community in Los Angeles County, California. It is not a Brooklyn property. The “Brooklyn Nets” association refers to the period in Durant’s career surrounding the reported purchase, rather than the mansion’s location.
The Real Deal reported the purchase in July 2021, and Architectural Digest later described it as an off-market acquisition. Durant’s team affiliation has since changed: the Associated Press reported in June 2025 that he was moving from the Phoenix Suns to the Houston Rockets. Neither that career history nor the earlier purchase reporting confirms his current connection to the Hidden Hills home.
What is known about the reported purchase?
Architectural Digest reported that Durant paid $15.6 million for the property in 2021, citing The Real Deal’s coverage. The Real Deal also reported the purchase that July. The figure is the reported purchase price, not an estimate of the home’s current market value.

The available coverage does not establish current ownership or occupancy, and it does not verify the transaction through an official property record. The reported purchase should therefore not be treated as proof that the mansion remains Durant’s home or asset.
What does the Hidden Hills home look like?
Architectural Digest describes the property, relaying details reported elsewhere, as a modern farmhouse of roughly 10,000 square feet on a 1.8-acre parcel. It is said to sit at the end of a gated cul-de-sac. Those figures are published descriptions, not measurements independently verified here.
