A television adaptation tied to Roblox was reported in development in February 2023: an animated series based on Creatures of Sonaria, a survival game created by Sonar Studios. The report named Wind Sun Sky Entertainment and game publisher Twin Atlas as participants. It did not establish whether the project is still active or announce a release date, distributor, or viewing platform, so those details remain unconfirmed.
Which Roblox game is the series based on?
The reported series is based on Creatures of Sonaria, a survival game created by Sonar Studios. The February 2023 report described the planned show as animated and set in the game’s world. It is not a television series about Roblox as a whole.
Who was reported to be making it?
Wind Sun Sky Entertainment was named as the production company, with CEO Catherine Winder expected to oversee the show. The report said the production team would work with Twin Atlas, the game’s publisher.
A NeoGAF page reproducing a DualShockers report attributed statements about the collaboration to Twin Atlas representative Samuel Garcia and Winder, and said they had been told to Deadline. Those quotations are secondhand reproductions, not independently verified here; the report framed the partnership as a way to expand the game’s characters and story across platforms.

It does not confirm the project’s status in 2026. No release date, episode count, distributor, or viewing platform is stated in that report.
