What to watch, by mood
For sci-fi action: Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver
Zack Snyder’s follow-up continues the story of Veldt’s stand against the Motherworld. The roundup presented it as the weekend’s headline arrival and listed Netflix as its service at the time.
For true crime: Under the Bridge
This eight-episode drama is based on Rebecca Godfrey’s book. Hulu had released its first two episodes in the US by that weekend. The article expected a later Disney+ debut in the UK and elsewhere; that was a forecast, not a verified release or present-day availability claim.
#1 Best Overall
For family animation: Migration
Illumination’s film follows a duck family traveling from New England toward Jamaica. It was listed as streaming on Peacock in the roundup.
For a dramatic two-hander: Freud’s Last Session
Anthony Hopkins plays Sigmund Freud and Matthew Goode plays C.S. Lewis in this film. The roundup said it began streaming on Netflix in the US on Saturday and noted that UK viewers would have to wait longer; it did not establish a UK release date.

- Shrink-wrapped
For fantasy based on books: The Spiderwick Chronicles
This eight-episode adaptation of Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black’s children’s book series began streaming on Roku in the article’s release window. Readers who want the story in its original book form can look for The Spiderwick Chronicles series; no particular edition or retailer listing is established here.
For documentary viewing: The Jinx Part Two
The six-part continuation of the documentary series was set to begin with episode one on Max in the US on Sunday and Sky in the UK on Monday, followed by weekly installments. Those are the schedule and services reported for April 2024, not current listings.
