बिजली लौटने पर stream अपने-आप उसी YouTube event में शुरू हो जाएगी, यह मानकर न चलें। पहले encoder और इंटरनेट कनेक्शन बहाल करें, फिर YouTube Live Control Room में event और stream health जाँचें, और दूसरे डिवाइस से playback की पुष्टि करें। यदि stream बच्चों को दिखाती है, तो बहाल करने से पहले भी वयस्क की मौजूदगी और बच्चों की गोपनीयता प्राथमिकता रखें।
बिजली लौटने के बाद stream फिर शुरू करने के कदम
ये कदम तब लागू होते हैं जब आपका setup OBS जैसे encoder से YouTube पर stream भेजता है। किसी दूसरे encoder या platform के लिए उसके अपने reconnect और event controls देखें। पूर्ण power cut के बाद YouTube event की स्थिति setup के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है; स्वतः उसी broadcast के फिर चलने की गारंटी नहीं है।
- पहचानें कि क्या बंद हुआ। जाँचें कि समस्या utility power, UPS की बैटरी, computer/encoder, modem/router/ONT, ISP connection या YouTube event में है।
- बिजली और UPS जाँचें। UPS का status देखें और पुष्टि करें कि computer तथा जरूरी network devices battery-backed outlets में लगे हैं। अनुमानित runtime पर भरोसा न करें; वास्तविक load, battery condition और निर्माता की rating देखें।
- पहले network बहाल करें। Router/ONT चालू करें और ISP link आने तक प्रतीक्षा करें। Router की lights जलना इस बात का प्रमाण नहीं कि internet भी उपलब्ध है।
- Computer और encoder चालू करें। OBS खोलें या restart करें। उसका status/log देखें और उसे इच्छित YouTube event से जोड़ें। Stream key निजी रखें; उसे किसी सार्वजनिक स्क्रीन, chat या संदेश में न दिखाएँ।
- YouTube event जाँचें। YouTube Live Control Room खोलें, event की स्थिति और stream-health संदेश देखें। अलग device से—संभव हो तो अलग network पर—वास्तविक playback भी जाँचें।
- यदि broadcast समाप्त हो चुका है, YouTube Studio में उपलब्ध विकल्पों के अनुसार event फिर शुरू करें या नया event बनाएँ। OBS का दोबारा जुड़ना अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करता कि पुराना event live है।
- Connection अस्थिर हो तो समस्या अलग करें। एक समय में एक बदलाव करें और मूल settings लिख लें। नीचे दिए network checks के बाद भी दिक्कत रहे तो ISP से संपर्क करें।
YouTube encoder settings को आपके वास्तविक connection के अनुरूप रखने, प्रतिनिधि audio और motion के साथ पहले test करने और broadcast के दौरान stream health देखने की सलाह देता है। उसके encoder guidance में codec और resolution के हिसाब से bitrate ranges हैं; कोई एक bitrate हर stream के लिए सही नहीं है। YouTube की encoder settings और live-stream guidance देखें।
क्या OBS बिजली जाने के बाद अपने-आप reconnect करेगा?
यह इस पर निर्भर करता है कि outage में क्या बंद हुआ और YouTube event किस स्थिति में है। OBS के अनुसार dropped frames या intermittent disconnections का कारण अक्सर computer और remote ingest server के बीच network समस्या होती है, जो आम तौर पर OBS के नियंत्रण से बाहर है। यह guidance पूर्ण power cut के बाद event फिर शुरू होने का वादा नहीं करती। OBS की stream connection troubleshooting में अपने connection की जाँच करें।

- Computer चालू है लेकिन stream नहीं पहुँच रही: internet link, router/ONT, cables और encoder status जाँचें।
- OBS जुड़ा दिखता है लेकिन दर्शकों को playback नहीं दिखता: Live Control Room में event state और health देखें।
- दूसरे device पर भी playback नहीं होता: सही event की पुष्टि करें; यदि broadcast समाप्त है तो YouTube Studio के माध्यम से उसे फिर शुरू करें या नया event बनाएँ।
क्या UPS livestream चालू रख सकता है?
हाँ—एक UPS छोटा local power cut पार कराने में मदद कर सकता है, बशर्ते वह setup के हर जरूरी local device को power दे और उसका वास्तविक runtime load के लिए पर्याप्त हो। Encoder के साथ router और ONT जैसे जरूरी network उपकरण भी शामिल करें। UPS केवल बिजली का हिस्सा संभालता है; वह ISP service या YouTube ingest उपलब्ध रहने की गारंटी नहीं देता, और न ही event के फिर शुरू होने की।

भारत में बिजली की उपलब्धता का क्या अर्थ है?
भारत के Ministry of Power की 23 मार्च 2026 की PIB release में Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020 के Rule 10 के हवाले से distribution licensee के लिए 24×7 supply का प्रावधान बताया गया है; साथ ही कहा गया है कि कुछ उपभोक्ता श्रेणियों के लिए आयोग कम घंटे तय कर सकता है और supply व distribution की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकारों तथा distribution utilities के दायरे में आती है। इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि किसी खास घर में बिजली बाधित नहीं होगी। Ministry of Power की 23 मार्च 2026 की PIB release देखें।

उसी release में FY 2025 के लिए राष्ट्रीय औसत rural power availability 22.6 घंटे/दिन और urban availability 23.6 घंटे/दिन बताई गई है। ये राष्ट्रीय उपलब्धता के आँकड़े हैं—किसी व्यक्ति के घर, राज्य या आने वाले outage की गारंटी नहीं।

बच्चा camera पर हो तो वयस्क मौजूद रखें

बच्चों की privacy के लिए पहचान या location बताने वाली जानकारी प्रसारित न करें; एक वयस्क को पास रखें या बताएँ, और chat को moderate करें। यदि बिजली कटने के बाद stream की निगरानी करने वाला वयस्क उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो पहले supervision बहाल करें—उसके बाद ही broadcast फिर शुरू करें।
Audience setting content के आधार पर चुनें
