The official fan nicknames
BIGHIT MUSIC’s official profile for V states that he is known to fans as TaeTae, Good Boy, or Teddy Bear. Those three names are the ones the agency itself documents. The profile does not rank them, so none should be presented as the single universal nickname across every language or fan community.

Vante is a separate name
Vante is not a fan nickname in the same sense. BIGHIT MUSIC’s profile says V uses the name when sharing his photography. Weverse Magazine explains that Vante began as an alternate ego for talking about his photography hobby. As he continued discussing artists and their work, the name grew to cover that broader interest in art. Fans recognize the name, but it describes a creative persona he chose, not a label fans gave him.
Additional nickname lore
Koreaboo’s roundup of V’s nicknames includes gomdori, along with stories about school friends and a fan-meeting anecdote tied to some of the names. These details come from that secondary article rather than from the agency or from V himself, so treat them as reported lore. They are not needed to answer the question, and the official profile does not confirm them.

Which name to use
If you need one name when writing about V for a general audience, use TaeTae, since the agency lists it first. Use Good Boy or Teddy Bear when you want to reflect how fans talk about him more broadly. Use Vante only when the context is his photography or art, and avoid presenting it as a fourth nickname.
What the sources do not establish
The available official and editorial sources document which names are used, but they do not measure how often each name appears in fan conversation or in different countries. If you need a ranking of popularity, that would require a source that tracks usage directly.

The official profile and Weverse Magazine describe the names and their context. Koreaboo is the only source here for the additional gomdori name and the anecdotes attached to it.
