Badder Santa is the unrated version of the 2003 film Bad Santa, not a separate movie. The sequel is Bad Santa 2, released in 2016. The two titles are easy to mix up because one describes a cut of the original and the other is a follow-up with its own story.
Three titles, two films

What “Badder Santa” means on a label or listing
When a seller or fan uses the term Badder Santa, they are generally pointing to the unrated cut of the original film. The title by itself does not confirm what is on a particular disc or stream. Before buying, check the edition description for an explicit “unrated” designation or the Badder Santa name. Do not assume every copy of Bad Santa contains the same material.
Runtime records do not settle the question
The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) lists the original as approximately 92 minutes. Its release history includes a UK theatrical version of 91 minutes 27 seconds, classified in 2004, and a UK home-entertainment version of 88 minutes, classified in 2005. The BBFC record does not label either version as Badder Santa, so runtime differences alone cannot tell you which cut you are watching. Treat these figures as UK classification data for those specific releases, not as a guide to unrated editions in other territories.

The BBFC’s classification record for Bad Santa cites strong language, sex, sex references, and discrimination. Its detailed advice also covers discriminatory language and behaviour, implied sexual activity, and drinking and smoking. These are UK classification notes for the recorded releases. They do not establish the rating of every release or every home-video cut, including any unrated edition.
