Watch only manga-canon episodes
If your priority is a manga-centered route, the same guide marks these episodes as manga canon: 19–23; 39; 53–58; 61–66; 106–111; 148–151; 181–189; 193–208; 212–220; and 282–293. This is a narrower viewing choice, not the strict filler-only skip list. It omits anime-canon material and episodes the guide identifies as mixed.
Keep anime-canon episodes for fuller anime continuity
The guide’s anime-canon ranges are 2–15; 25–38; 42–47; 51–52; 60; 70–92; 98–105; 120–126; 128–137; 141–147; 155; 158–180; 190–191; 209; 221–255; and 257–281. These episodes are distinct from filler under the guide’s system; whether you want them depends on whether you value the anime’s original story material.

Treat mixed episodes as a judgment call
Episodes 1, 18, 24, 59, 93–95, 127, 157, 192, and 210–211 are classified as mixed canon/filler. If you want to preserve canon material, watch them or check episode summaries before deciding to skip.

The Naruto Official Site provides episode listings and arc groupings, including Sarada Uchiha, Chunin Exams, Kara Actuation, Code’s Assault, and Sasuke’s Story.
