Has Reacher been renewed for Season 4?
Yes, but that question is now out of date: Season 4 premiered on August 12, 2026, and its weekly rollout ended September 16. All episodes are streaming on Prime Video. The schedule began with three episodes on August 12, followed by weekly releases through September 16. About Amazon’s update on the series and Paramount Press Express identify the Season 4 premiere date; Prime Video lists the season for streaming.
What happens in Season 3?
Season 3 places Reacher in a DEA investigation involving an import business and an undercover informant, while bringing him back into contact with a former adversary. It adapts Lee Child’s Persuader, the seventh novel in the Reacher series. Amazon gives the season’s premiere date as February 20, 2025; the season is available on Prime Video. What is known about Seasons 5 and 6?
Season 5
Prime Video announced Season 5 in May 2026. It will adapt Make Me, Lee Child’s 20th Reacher novel. A September 28, 2026 announcement said production was underway in Toronto at that time; that is the latest production status established by the cited announcement, not a current-day update. No Season 5 premiere date was given. Amazon’s May 2026 announcement identifies the season and its source novel.

Season 6
Prime Video announced the Season 6 renewal on September 28, 2026. The announcement did not give a premiere date. Paramount Press Express’s renewal announcement confirms the renewal.
How large is Reacher’s audience?
Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video reported that Season 4 drew 66 million global viewers in its first 28 days, and that the series had reached more than 200 million viewers worldwide since its 2022 debut. The company also said 58% of the audience was international. These are company-reported figures; they are not independently verified audience measurements. The Season 6 announcement says Season 4’s first-28-day audience exceeded Season 3’s, but does not provide a Season 3 figure.

Season 3 and all of Season 4 are available on Prime Video. Availability can vary by territory, so check the service’s local listing. The official Prime Video catalog lists Season 3; Amazon’s series update covers Season 4’s release and streaming status.
