Pokémon Presents 2026 was scheduled for February 27 at 6:00 a.m. PST, but the event has already passed. The advance announcement also tied the presentation to the Nintendo Switch release of Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen, reported at $19.99 each immediately after the stream.
When was Pokémon Presents 2026?
Insider Gaming reported that Pokémon Presents would air on February 27, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. PST, on Pokémon Day. The report described 2026 as the franchise’s 30th anniversary. Because that date has passed, the announcement is now useful as a record of the scheduled event, not as an upcoming-stream notice. Insider Gaming’s advance report attributed the schedule to an official Pokémon post on X, which is not directly inspectable here.
How was the presentation meant to be watched?
The advance report directed viewers to the official Pokémon YouTube channel. The available information does not establish whether the full replay remains available now, so check the channel directly for any archived video.
What was confirmed before the stream?
FireRed and LeafGreen on Nintendo Switch
The advance coverage said Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen would become available to purchase for Nintendo Switch immediately after the presentation, at a reported price of $19.99 each. That release detail was reported in a follow-up article linked to the Pokémon.com announcement; the official page’s text was not readable in the reviewed material. See the follow-up report for the announcement context.

A Nintendo Switch is relevant only if you want to play those releases; it is not needed to watch a presentation replay. The available sources do not establish a preferred console model.
The broader program was not announced in advance
At the time Insider Gaming published its preview, it said no official details about the rest of the program had been revealed. Possible game announcements, downloadable content, updates, films, and anime news were predictions, not confirmed parts of the schedule. The advance coverage therefore does not establish what the presentation actually showed.
