What is Prismatic Evolutions?

Is the standard Prismatic Evolutions ETB a good fit?
Choose based on the contents you want rather than an assumed resale price or chance of pulling a particular card. The standard ETB combines nine packs with an Eevee promo and a substantial set of sleeves and gameplay accessories. The Pokémon Center version is the more relevant option if its logo promo is the priority; the binder collection trades the ETB-style accessory bundle for a nine-pocket album and five reported packs. The available product and set sources do not establish current prices, market values, or pull odds.
