The show gives Lydia a public identity as a paranormal host, while the sequel also follows her as part of the Deetz family. The available accounts do not establish the fictional program’s episode count, detailed production format, or audience reception.
How does Ghost House fit into the film’s story?
Warner Bros. Pictures’ official synopsis says three generations of the Deetz family return to Winter River after a family tragedy. The sequel’s supernatural events take shape when Lydia’s daughter Astrid discovers the miniature town in the attic and an Afterlife portal is accidentally opened. Lydia’s television work places her paranormal persona alongside those family and supernatural conflicts.
