Episode 5, “Panzy,” has no official numerical power chart. Based on what this installment establishes, Goku (Mini) is the clearest combat benchmark; Glorio, Supreme Kai (Mini), and Panzy cannot be placed in a reliable head-to-head order from the available episode-specific evidence.
Episode 5 power ranking, with confidence levels
This is an evidence-led editorial ranking, not a canon chart. It separates what the episode presents as combat strength from the characters’ other contributions. No numeric power levels or precise gaps are established.

| Character | Episode 5 placement | What the episode supports | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goku (Mini) | 1 — demonstrated combat benchmark | His unusual strength is a subject of attention, and contemporary episode coverage notes a brief Saiyan aura and Super Saiyan display. That moment is not a measurable multiplier or proof of a numeric level. [c02] [c03] [c04] | Strongest placement among these four for demonstrated strength; not a complete comparative fight ranking. |
| Glorio | Provisional combatant | The episode can support discussion of his combat capability and weapon where directly shown, but the reviewed sources do not establish a controlled comparison with Goku or a dependable upper limit for Glorio. | Low for exact placement. |
| Supreme Kai (Mini), also called Shin | Combat placement undetermined | He is traveling with the group, but the available episode-specific material does not supply enough matched combat evidence to rank him confidently against Glorio. | Low for exact placement. |
| Panzy | Combat ceiling unmeasured; strong practical contribution | She insists on guiding the group and helps them reach a suspicious castle. Her persistence and guidance establish party utility, not a measured combat level. Neither her Majin identity nor her status as a princess proves a combat tier. [c02] [c04] | High for her guide role; low for combat placement. |
Why Goku ranks first—and what the moment does not prove
Episode 5 draws attention to how powerful Goku is despite his child-sized form. Contemporary coverage also describes a short aura or Super Saiyan moment. These are useful signs that Goku is the installment’s clearest benchmark, but a brief display is not the same as a sustained fight, and it does not establish a precise multiplier, power level, or result against every other traveler. Why the other three cannot be ordered confidently
Glorio: capability is not a ceiling
A weapon or a demonstrated combat action can show that a character is equipped or capable; neither alone establishes raw strength relative to Goku or a reliable upper limit. The available evidence does not provide a controlled matchup, so placing Glorio definitively above or below Shin would overstate what this episode shows.
#1 Best Overall
Shin: presence in the party is not a combat feat
Supreme Kai (Mini) is one of the travelers, but group membership and character title do not substitute for episode-specific comparative performance. The evidence here is insufficient to make a confident ranking against Glorio.
Panzy: utility and fighting strength are separate questions
Panzy takes initiative by guiding Goku, Shin, and Glorio toward the castle. That practical contribution matters to the group’s progress, but it does not measure her fighting ability. The episode evidence cited here does not establish a combat ceiling for her.

How to read this ranking
- Demonstrated combat output: Give greatest weight to actions shown in the installment; treat a brief transformation or aura as a moment, not a full performance record.
- Control and experience: Do not infer sustained control or battle experience from a short power-up alone.
- Tools and techniques: Keep weapons and abilities distinct from raw strength.
- Episode utility: Record navigation, initiative, and other practical help separately from combat placement.
- Evidence confidence: A directly shown feat is firmer evidence than dialogue, inference, reputation, or fan interpretation.
Episode and series context
Episode 5 is titled “Panzy.” The masked Majin is revealed as Panzy, who presses to guide Goku, Shin, and Glorio; the group reaches a suspicious castle. The synopsis highlights her curiosity about how a child-sized Goku can be so strong. [c02] [c04]
The official Dragon Ball site describes DAIMA as an original anime series with Akira Toriyama involved in its original concept, story, and character designs. Its framing places the adventure in the Demon Realm and identifies Goku (Mini), Supreme Kai (Mini), Glorio, and Panzy among the traveling characters. [c01]
