JOE.co.uk reported on May 26, 2025, that Blue was removed from the Chelsea away end during Nottingham Forest v Chelsea on May 25. The outlet said she had entered in disguise and that security identified and escorted her out. Where did the reported ban claim come from?
The claim predated the match-day removal. In an April 30, 2025 report, JOE.ie said Blue described on the Only Stans podcast an attempt to attend a Nottingham Forest match. As quoted in that report, she said: “I recently went to a Nottingham Forest game. Well, I attempted to.” JOE.ie reported that she said gate security told her she was “permanently banned from the ground.” The quotation is attributed to Blue through the outlet’s account of her podcast comments; it is not an independently verified club notice. What Blue said about filming
JOE.ie reported that Blue had posted that she wanted to film with supporters after the match. The outlet quoted her as saying: “I put on my socials, ‘Hey boys, I’m going to be at the game, I’d like to film with you afterwards’.” Blue reportedly alleged that the restriction was because she is a sex worker. That is her stated explanation, not a reason confirmed by Nottingham Forest in the cited reporting.

What is confirmed—and what is not?
The available accounts support a distinction between a reported removal and an alleged ban: JOE.co.uk reported that Blue was escorted out of the Chelsea away end on May 25, while JOE.ie reported that Blue said she had previously been told she was permanently banned. Neither cited report provides a public Nottingham Forest confirmation of a permanent ban, its grounds, duration, or conditions. The reports therefore do not establish the restriction as an independently verified club decision.
Does football guidance explain the reported restriction?
No. A joint statement hosted by the Premier League on January 30, 2024, says: “Acts of discrimination, violence and entering the field of play are all criminal offences – which can result in individuals receiving criminal convictions, football banning orders and life-time stadium bans.” The statement was issued on behalf of several football and policing bodies and describes general consequences.
