Czech ice dance siblings Katerina Mrázková and Daniel Mrázek used AI-generated music in their rhythm dance at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The AI track was “One Two,” mixed with AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck.”
Who were the skaters, and what music did they use?
Katerina Mrázková and Daniel Mrázek are a Czech brother-and-sister ice dance team, according to their International Skating Union (ISU) profile. Their Olympic-season rhythm dance combined two distinct pieces:
- “One Two,” described in Europa Press’s February 11, 2026 report as an AI-generated song in the style of 1990s Bon Jovi.
- AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck,” an existing song included in the remix—not the AI-generated portion.
The music was used for their rhythm dance at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The ISU profile lists different music for their 2026–27 programs, so “One Two” and “Thunderstruck” refer to the Olympic-season routine rather than their later program music.
What happened at the Olympics?
The ISU’s final ice dance results, dated February 11, 2026, place the siblings 16th overall with 181.44 points. They ranked 17th in the rhythm dance and 16th in the free dance.

- Water proof sole
Why did the music draw attention?
The choice prompted debate about bringing AI-generated music into figure skating, a sport whose performances are often discussed in terms of human artistry and creativity. That criticism is an opinion about the role of AI in the sport, not an official rule or finding about the program.
Europa Press also reported public commentary alleging that lyrics in “One Two” resembled lines from New Radicals’ “You Get What You Give.” That remains a reported allegation: the cited reporting does not establish an official plagiarism finding by a skating authority or a court. No comment from the skaters about the music choice is established in the cited sources.
