Five downtown Los Angeles penthouses

The Kentucky equestrian property’s buy-sell-buy-back history
Near Lexington, Kentucky, Depp’s reported property history followed an unusual sequence: he bought the farm in 1995 for $950,000, sold it in 2001 for $1 million, then bought it again in 2005 for $2 million. Realtor.com reported in 2025 that Depp said he usually lives in his “Bahamas joint.” That is a recent statement about his usual residence, as relayed through interview coverage—not a verified property record or a complete account of where he lives.
