The ten rides below are a curated selection from his public interviews and reported history—not a verified list of cars he owns today. His accounts describe different garages at different times, so each entry identifies the status the sources actually support.
What the record says about Schwarzenegger’s collection
There is no single authoritative, current inventory or source ranking his ten best vehicles. In a 2010 WELT interview, Schwarzenegger estimated that his family had about 15 to 20 vehicles spread across several homes; that was his estimate at the time, not a present-day count (WELT, 2010). His later interviews describe different garage snapshots. The list therefore treats ownership as a story across time: some vehicles were named in a particular garage account, one was explicitly former ownership, and others are reported associations.
Schwarzenegger has linked his interest in large military vehicles to childhood experiences and an early wish to become a tank driver. His public accounts also show a practical streak: a large SUV could serve as a daily vehicle, while an exotic supercar could prove awkward to use.
Ten especially memorable rides
1. Hummer H1 and customized Hummers
The Hummer is the clearest long-running association in the collection. Schwarzenegger’s interviews name multiple Hummers, including versions using different fuels. LA NACION later reported that he had a customized H1 with “Terminator” lettering and had owned as many as seven Hummers; that is a retrospective report, not evidence of how many he owns now (LA NACION, 2021).

2. Electric Hummer
Schwarzenegger named an electric Hummer in his 2019 account of his garage. In an AUTO BILD interview that year, he said his converted Hummer had 500 electric horsepower, compared with 220 horsepower before conversion. Those figures are his description, not an independently verified test result (AUTO BILD, 2019; Top Gear, 2019).
3. Hydrogen Hummer
Schwarzenegger named a hydrogen-powered Hummer in both a 2013 and a 2019 Top Gear interview. Those accounts establish that the vehicle was part of the garages he described, but do not establish present ownership or provide a technical specification (Top Gear, 2013; Top Gear, 2019).

4. Biofuel Hummers
The number changed between interview snapshots: in 2013 Schwarzenegger mentioned one biofuel Hummer; in 2019 he described two. Rather than treating either count as a lasting total, it is more accurate to read them as accounts of different points in time. The interviews identify the fuel type but do not give a verified performance comparison (Top Gear, 2013; Top Gear, 2019).
5. Electric Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen
In 2019, Schwarzenegger said he had sent a previous-generation G-Wagen to Austrian company Kreisel for an electric conversion. He included an electric G-Wagen in his garage account that year. The interview does not establish whether it remains in his possession (Top Gear, 2019).

6. Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse
This is a former ownership story, not a current collection entry. Schwarzenegger said he owned the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse for three years and drove it 1,200 miles in that period. He found its low ground clearance and the need to plan parking inconvenient. The contrast between its extraordinary status and limited everyday usefulness led him to call such expensive, special cars “stupid” to have (Top Gear, 2019).
7. Excalibur convertible
Schwarzenegger described the Excalibur as the most fun car he drove and said he loved convertibles. In 2010, WELT recorded him identifying it as a replica classic with modern technology. The appeal in his own account is enjoyment rather than speed or luxury: he also said that a more basic car could be more fun and relaxing (Top Gear, 2019; WELT, 2010).

8. GMC Yukon
In 2019, Schwarzenegger called the GMC Yukon his daily vehicle and mentioned using it during the day and in snow. That makes it a useful counterpoint to the rare or unusual vehicles on the list: in that interview, the large SUV had a regular role rather than being described as a showpiece (Top Gear, 2019).
9. Mercedes Unimog
Schwarzenegger said in 2013 that he had recently taken custody of a Mercedes Unimog, and included it among his military-style trucks in 2019. The Unimog fits the rugged, utility-focused side of his tastes and his stated interest in military-derived vehicles. The accounts do not establish its current ownership status (Top Gear, 2013; Top Gear, 2019).

10. Bentley Continental GTC
The Bentley Continental GTC appeared in Schwarzenegger’s 2013 interview account of his vehicles. It brings a conventional luxury convertible into a list otherwise weighted toward trucks, SUVs, and alternative-fuel experiments. The interview establishes that he named the model at that time; it does not establish present ownership (Top Gear, 2013).

Why this is a selection, not a current inventory
The ten vehicles combine named garage entries, a former supercar, and a favorite convertible. They are not ten simultaneous ownership claims, and the sources do not support a present-day total or a ranked “best” list. For context, Schwarzenegger’s 2013 Top Gear interview also named a Mercedes SLS Roadster, Dodge Challenger, and tank; his 2010 WELT interview mentioned a Porsche Carrera Turbo, 1980 Jeep, and other vehicles, while the 2019 Top Gear garage account included a Ford station wagon. Their omission here reflects the curated selection, not evidence that they were never associated with him (Top Gear, 2013; WELT, 2010; Top Gear, 2019).
