There is no published, measured before-and-after record establishing a body transformation for Cora Jade, the WWE ring name associated with wrestler Elayna Black. In June 2025 interview coverage, Black said she gained muscle after facing comments about her physique and working hard. She also described seeking additional gym training because she felt WWE’s strength and conditioning sessions did not meet her needs. Those are her personal recollections, not independently verified measurements or findings about a training program.
What is documented about Cora Jade’s body transformation?
The available sources establish Black’s account of body criticism and training, but not a quantified transformation. They provide no matched before-and-after weights, body-fat measurements, or dated timeline that would show how her physique changed. WWE’s official Cora Jade profile identifies her as a performer and lists the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship among her career highlights; it does not describe a body transformation.
In a June 2, 2025 interview with Ariel Helwani, as reported by wrestling news outlets, Black recalled entering WWE at 19 and weighing about 110 pounds. That figure is her recollection in interview coverage, not a documented weigh-in or a basis for calculating a later change.
What has Elayna Black said about body criticism?
Black recalled being told she “wouldn’t be champion in that company because I looked like I couldn’t crack an egg,” according to Fightful’s report on the interview. This is her account of comments she said she received; the interview coverage does not independently verify who made them or the circumstances.

In a May 2025 public statement reported by Sports Illustrated, Black wrote that she had to go to her own gym after work sessions she described as “strength and conditioning” that were not helping her and were associated, in her account, with body shaming by bosses, coworkers, and fans. Sports Illustrated reported her statement. The statement documents what Black said publicly, not an independent finding about WWE or other people.
What did she say about training and gaining muscle?
Black said she went to her own gym after WWE strength and conditioning sessions because she felt they did not address the strength and conditioning she needed. In the June 2 interview, she said those classes “never felt like it was doing anything for my body.” She also said, “I gained so much muscle after that. I worked my ass off,” as quoted in Fightful’s interview coverage.
