Does “first six” mean the complete cast?
No. It means the first announced group, not the full series cast. Official Wizarding World coverage subsequently reported additional casting, including performers for Fred, George, Percy and Ginny Weasley. The public cast list therefore expanded after the initial announcement. Wizarding World’s later casting update also gives a 2027 debut window for HBO and HBO Max where available; it does not specify a premiere date.
