No: the alleged Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce “break-up contract” was not an authentic Full Scope PR document. The firm said it was fabricated and had not been created, issued or authorized by the agency. That denial concerns the document’s authenticity; it does not establish what is or is not true about the couple’s private relationship.
What did the alleged contract claim?
Images circulated online in early September 2024, purporting to show a Full Scope PR media plan for a planned breakup between Kelce and Swift. The images named September 28, 2024 as the alleged breakup date and described a public-response plan. Those details are claims made by the images, not verified agency plans. The Inquirer reported that the multipage images, bearing the agency’s logo, circulated on Reddit.
Lead Stories also described a Facebook Reel dated September 4, 2024 that repeated the claim. The reviewed reports do not establish where the images first appeared or who made them.
What did Travis Kelce’s PR firm say?
Full Scope PR told People, in a statement quoted by Lead Stories: “These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorized by this agency.” The firm’s denial directly addresses whether the purported plan was an authorized agency document.

Full Scope also said it had “engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.” That was the firm’s stated intention. The reports reviewed do not confirm that a lawsuit was filed, name a defendant or establish an outcome. Lead Stories’ report said its reverse-image search found no credible results showing the documents were legitimate; that search does not identify their creator.
Who created the fake document?
The creator’s identity is not established in the available reporting. The Inquirer reported circulation on Reddit, and Lead Stories described a Facebook Reel, but neither account establishes who produced the images or where they originated.

Does this prove anything about the couple’s relationship?
No. The firm’s denial supports the conclusion that the purported document was not created, issued or authorized by Full Scope PR. It does not, by itself, prove or disprove broader claims about the couple’s relationship. The Inquirer reported that Swift and her team had not commented on the circulating document at the time of publication; that is not a confirmation or denial by Swift. The Inquirer’s report covered the circulation and the lack of a comment at that time.
