What did Billie Eilish say about self-pleasure?
In the interview, Eilish described self-pleasure as a personal source of help. “TMI, but self-pleasure is an enormous, enormous part of my life, and a huge, huge help for me,” she said, as quoted by Rolling Stone Canada.

She also spoke about her history of body-image struggles, saying, “People should be jerking it, man. I can’t stress it enough, as somebody with extreme body issues and dysmorphia that I’ve had my entire life.” These are Eilish’s own words and description of her experience.
How did she connect mirror use with body acceptance?
Eilish said that looking at herself while experiencing pleasure helped her feel more connected to her body. “I have learned that looking at myself and watching myself feel pleasure has been an extreme help in loving myself and accepting myself, and feeling empowered and comfortable,” she said.
