What did the November 26 date mean?
A November 2025 post in the Solo Leveling community on Reddit reported that the comic would take a two-week break “for better production reorganization” and return on November 26. That was a community-reported schedule, not an official publisher notice. It should not be read as a confirmed current comeback date.
What is the official status of the webtoon?
On January 31, 2026, Team Tapas announced that Season 2 had concluded and the comic would go on hiatus before Season 3. The notice said: “Thank you for your continued support of <Solo Leveling: Ragnarok!> Season 2 has come to a close and so we will be taking a hiatus before returning with season 3! Thank you and we’ll see you again!” It did not specify when Season 3 would begin. Read Tapas’s notice.
The Tappytoon series page labels the comic “Hiatus.” It also displays a regular Saturday, 12 PM ET update slot, but that schedule label is not evidence that episodes are currently being released.

Has a return date been announced?
A Bessatsu report published August 22, 2026 said the webtoon had stopped at chapter 68 and that no return date had been announced as of that publication date. Those chapter and schedule details are secondary reporting; Tapas’s official notice confirms the hiatus but does not give a chapter count or return date. Read the Bessatsu report.
Why is Solo Leveling: Ragnarok on hiatus?
Tapas’s January notice did not explain the reason for the hiatus. The November 2025 community post referred to “better production reorganization” for the earlier two-week break. Separately, Bessatsu’s August 2026 report attributed the hiatus to artist JIN’s mandatory military service. These are different explanations from different sources; the official Tapas announcement does not confirm the latter.
