Spoilers for the Teleportation Labyrinth story: Zenith Greyrat was found in the Teleportation Labyrinth at Rapan after going missing in the Fittoa teleport incident. Rudeus and his allies rescued her, but she did not speak or respond when spoken to. She later lived with Rudeus’s family.
Why did Zenith go missing?
Zenith is Rudeus and Norn’s mother, a healer, and a former member of the adventuring party Fangs of the Black Wolf. After the Fittoa Region teleport incident, her whereabouts were unknown, as the official anime character page records.
Where did Rudeus find her?
The search led to the Teleportation Labyrinth in the labyrinth city of Rapan, on the Begaritt Continent. In the official synopsis for episode 20, Rudeus and Elinalise reach Rapan and meet Paul and Lilia. Paul is exhausted after an unsuccessful attempt to rescue Zenith, and the group discusses entering the labyrinth where she is. The episode 20 synopsis establishes the search’s setting and stakes.
What happened after Zenith was rescued?
The official character biography says Rudeus and his allies rescued Zenith from the labyrinth. Afterward, she neither spoke nor reacted when people addressed her; she went on to live with Rudeus’s family. The biography records her condition but does not explain its medical cause, so it is more accurate to describe her as nonresponsive than to assign her a diagnosis.
