Romeo Beckham’s former girlfriend is Mia Regan, a British model and creative. The pair announced their separation on 25 February 2024, after about five years together. They did not give a reason for the breakup.
When did Romeo Beckham and Mia Regan date?
Reports place the start of their relationship in 2019, when both were 16. The Independent says they made their first public appearance together at the Fashion Awards in London in 2021. The Independent’s report and Sky News’ coverage record their separation announcement in February 2024.
Regan wrote that they had grown up together since they were 16. Beckham said, “Mooch and I have parted ways after 5 years of love.” He also said they remained respectful and hoped to keep a strong friendship. Those remarks describe how the two framed the announcement publicly; they do not explain why they separated.

In a 2025 interview with Who What Wear, Regan discussed expanding from modelling into campaign creation. She described art directing, casting and producing a campaign for sportswear brand On. The interview offers her account of that work.
What fashion work has Mia Regan done?
Her documented work includes runway modelling and creative roles on campaigns and fashion projects:
- Valentino runway: British Vogue reported that Regan walked the house’s autumn/winter 2024 show in Paris, describing it as her Paris Fashion Week runway debut. British Vogue’s report covers the appearance.
- 66 North campaign: In 2023, Icelandic outerwear company 66 North engaged Regan as creative director and producer for a campaign in which she also appeared, according to British Vogue.
- Victoria Beckham denim: The Independent reported that Regan collaborated with Victoria Beckham on a denim collection in October 2022. Its account of the couple’s announcement also notes the fashion collaboration.
- H&M summer collection: In July 2025, H&M announced a summer vacation wardrobe co-designed with Regan. The brand’s press release says some illustrations drew on Regan’s film photographs. H&M’s announcement describes the project; it does not establish that the collection is currently available.
What is known about their breakup?
The public announcement confirms that they had parted ways by 25 February 2024. Neither person gave a cause in the statements reported at the time, so claims about the reason would go beyond what they said. The available reports also do not establish their relationship status after that announcement.
