Spoilers for From Season 3, Episode 10. The finale, “Revelations, Chapter Two,” reveals that Tabitha and Jade have lived through repeated lives in the town and tried to save its children, brings back the monster Smiley through Fatima’s birth, and ends with the Man in Yellow killing Jim. It answers key questions while leaving the town’s full origin—and the Man in Yellow’s identity—unresolved.
What happens in the From Season 3 finale?
As Boyd searches for Fatima, Tabitha and Jade follow the bottle-tree mystery to a revelation about the children and their own pasts. The episode’s main threads converge: Tabitha remembers a connection to the town’s earlier events, Fatima gives birth to Smiley, and a Julie who appears to come from another point in her life tries to change what happens to Jim.

The episode is “Revelations, Chapter Two,” written by series creator John Griffin and directed by Jack Bender. The listed runtime is 60 minutes. Prime Video’s Mexico-region listing gives November 23, 2024, while Rotten Tomatoes lists the U.S. date as November 24, 2024; those are territory-specific dates, not one universal premiere date. Prime Video’s listing describes the finale as a turning point for Boyd and Tabitha.
What do Tabitha and Jade discover about the children?
While playing the melody at the bottle tree, Tabitha understands the children’s repeated word, “anghkooey,” as “remember.” She recalls that she and Jade have returned to the town in different lives and have repeatedly tried to save the children. Their present selves are connected to Miranda and Christopher, the earlier figures whose stories have already shaped the mystery.

This is a major revelation about Tabitha and Jade’s remembered history, not a complete explanation of how the town began or why everyone is trapped there. The finale connects the characters to recurring attempts to save the children, but leaves the wider origin mystery open. TheWrap’s recap recounts the episode’s clues and revelations.
How does Smiley return?
Fatima gives birth to Smiley, the monster Boyd killed earlier in the series. His return makes the birth one of the finale’s most disturbing developments: the threat the characters thought they had removed is back. The episode establishes Smiley’s return, but it does not settle every question about how the monsters work or what the birth means for the town.

What is Julie’s story-walking ability?
Ethan tells Julie that she is a “story walker”: she can move through events in the story, but cannot change what has already happened. Near the end, a Julie who appears to be from another point in her life reaches Jim and urges him to run. She says she is trying to change the story, putting her effort in direct tension with Ethan’s explanation of the ability.
The scene leaves the exact limits of Julie’s power uncertain. The finale shows her trying to intervene; it does not show that she can rewrite the events she visits.

Who kills Jim, and what does the ending mean?
The Man in Yellow appears, refers to the cost of knowledge, and kills Jim. Julie’s warning does not save him. His identity and nature are not revealed, so the finale does not confirm whether he is the voice heard over the radio; that connection is an interpretation, not an established answer.
The ending brings the season’s revelations and losses together: Tabitha and Jade have remembered a repeated struggle over the children, Smiley has returned, and Jim is dead despite Julie’s attempt to intervene. The new information sharpens the central mystery without explaining the town’s complete history. The Man in Yellow’s identity, the limits of Julie’s story walking, and the larger meaning of the children’s connection to the town remain open.

Where does the finale fit in the series?
Paramount Global Content describes From as an MGM+ drama and suspense series about a nightmarish town that traps everyone who enters. Its current series page lists four seasons, says Season 4 premiered April 19, 2026, and states that the show is renewed for Season 5. Season status can change; check the page for current details.
For the finale itself, viewing availability depends on territory and service. Prime Video’s Mexico-region listing offers the episode as a digital purchase; Paramount identifies MGM+ as the series network. Neither listing establishes availability in every region.
