No—not according to Restream’s documentation. Restream can start prerecorded events automatically at scheduled times and can repeat a video for a limited number of plays on specified plans. That is different from keeping one YouTube broadcast continuously live between separate scheduled events; the cited documentation does not promise that kind of uninterrupted connection.
What Restream does between scheduled videos
Restream describes prerecorded broadcasts as scheduled events: an event begins automatically at its set time. You can schedule a video or playlist, and Restream documents looping playback up to 10 times. Its help article lists that looping option for the Marathon and Media add-on plans.
A video repeating within one event is not the same as separate events being joined into a single, uninterrupted YouTube live broadcast. Restream’s documented finite loop does not establish that the stream stays live in the gaps between scheduled events.
Scheduled events and continuous streaming are different workflows

Automatic start and one-time event use
Restream’s YouTube event guidance covers Studio, RTMP, video-file, and playlist setups. It says a YouTube event can only be gone live to once and advises against going live before the scheduled time. YouTube event guidance allows an event to start early or late without a platform-imposed time restriction, but that flexibility concerns the start time; it does not mean separate events remain connected.

Auto-start and auto-stop settings
When connecting an existing YouTube event, Restream documents separate YouTube auto-start and auto-stop settings. With auto-start disabled, you must click Go Live on YouTube after starting the feed from Restream. With auto-stop disabled, you must end the event on YouTube after stopping the Restream feed. Account for these manual steps when planning a schedule; a scheduled start alone does not remove them if the settings are off.
Notifications and branding
YouTube’s live-stream settings documentation notes that viewers may receive a notification as a scheduled stream or Premiere is about to begin. Restream says scheduling is available on all plans; free users’ event thumbnails carry Restream branding.

Restream’s prerecorded-event help article lists the following plan details. They are volatile; confirm current pricing and limits with Restream before choosing a plan.

If you need an uninterrupted 24/7 YouTube stream
Treat continuous operation as a separate requirement rather than assuming scheduled events will bridge their own gaps. Check whether the service explicitly supports an always-on YouTube stream, how it loops uploaded videos, what storage is included, and whether it recovers if YouTube drops the feed. Can I start a scheduled YouTube event early or late?
Restream says YouTube permits a scheduled event to start early or late without a platform-imposed time restriction. That does not guarantee continuity between separate events.

Does Restream’s 10-play loop mean the stream runs forever?
No. The documented limit is up to 10 plays, not an unlimited loop.
