To run Haryanvi songs from MP4 files as a 24/7 YouTube live stream, send a prepared playlist through an encoder to YouTube Live. You can use OBS on a computer that stays on and connected, suitable dedicated hardware, or a cloud playlist service. Before choosing a method, make sure you have permission to broadcast every recording and visual: an MP4 that plays locally is not automatically cleared for a live stream.
Before you start: check eligibility and music rights
Confirm the channel can go live
YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance says the channel must be verified, the account holder must be at least 16, and the channel must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. If this is the channel’s first live stream, YouTube says activation may take up to 24 hours, so enable it before the planned launch. YouTube’s guidance also lists limits of 10 active streams per channel and three active streams per stream key.
Clear the songs and visuals for this use
Use only recordings and visuals you own or have permission to broadcast in this kind of live stream. Keep license and permission records. Check that the rights cover the channel, territories, live use, any planned monetization, and any replay or archive. If a rights holder or distributor controls the music through Content ID, ask them to allowlist your channel before going live.
YouTube scans live streams for matches to third-party content. A match can result in a warning, placeholder, interruption, or termination; YouTube says a licensed stream can still be interrupted if the rights holder has not allowlisted the channel. A song being available on YouTube or saved as an MP4 does not establish that you may rebroadcast it.

Prepare your MP4 playlist
Organize and check the files
- Collect only the files you have cleared for broadcast.
- Arrange them in the order you want viewers to hear them and check that the intended playlist can repeat.
- Play the files through once to catch missing tracks, unwanted gaps, incorrect ordering, or playback errors before you rely on unattended operation.
- Keep a record of the applicable permissions and Content ID allowlisting confirmation where relevant.
The available guidance does not establish one universal MP4 codec, frame rate, bitrate, playlist duration, or OBS media-source setup for every file and encoder. Check YouTube’s current encoder instructions and your encoder’s documentation, then test your actual files and internet connection rather than assuming any MP4 will work unchanged.
Create the YouTube Live stream
- Open YouTube Studio and select Create → Go Live.
- In the Live Control Room, open the Stream tab and create a stream or select the one you intend to use.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key shown in Studio into the encoder’s stream settings. Keep the key private: someone who obtains it may be able to send content to that stream.
- Start sending the encoder feed, then check the incoming preview and on-screen stream status in Live Control Room before treating the setup as ready.
YouTube’s encoder guide explains how to connect using the server URL and stream key. Follow the current on-screen controls if labels or layout differ.

Choose how to play and send the playlist
OBS on a computer
OBS Studio is free, open-source streaming software. Use it to play your prepared media and encode the feed to YouTube; the computer must remain powered on, the playlist must keep playing, and the internet connection must keep sending the stream.
Check YouTube’s preview and OBS stream health before leaving the broadcast unattended. OBS says rising dropped frames indicate connection instability or a bitrate the connection cannot sustain. If that happens, investigate the network and bitrate relationship rather than assuming the MP4 itself is faulty.

Dedicated hardware
YouTube’s encoder guide describes the AJA HELO Plus and its PlayToStream function for scheduling prerecorded media directly to YouTube Live without a computer. This is an optional hardware route, not a requirement; verify the device’s current capabilities and purchase cost before choosing it.
Cloud playlist services
A cloud playlist service can upload files, arrange them into a playlist, and send a continuous RTMP feed while your personal computer is off. For example, Looping Stream describes that workflow. This is the vendor’s description, not a YouTube guarantee; service interruptions, invalid keys, platform outages, and source-file problems can still stop a stream. Check current terms and operating limits before relying on a service.

Start, monitor, and recover the stream
- Start the encoder or playback service and confirm that the feed appears in YouTube Live Control Room.
- Watch the on-screen stream status and address any warning before leaving the stream unattended.
- If YouTube interrupts the broadcast, check Studio for copyright alerts or strikes. Resolve the rights issue and, when the material is licensed, ask the rights holder to allowlist your channel.
- If the issue is dropped frames in OBS, check the connection and whether the bitrate exceeds what it can sustain.
- To end an encoder-based stream, stop sending content from the encoder. YouTube’s encoder guidance says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived; it does not support assuming that a single 24-hour broadcast will be archived in full.
