Use content you have the rights to stream
A cloud service does not grant rights to a story recording or its accompanying material. YouTube’s livestream terms require you to have the rights needed for all live content, including applicable music rights. Keep a separate archive plan
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Do not assume that a continuous 24/7 broadcast will be available afterward as one complete archive under this rule.
