Rogers can sell it as an add-on to eligible Rogers Xfinity TV customers—the current name for Rogers Ignite TV—and bill it on the Rogers account. Whether you already have Crave, can watch it in the Crave app, and where you cancel depends on how the subscription was purchased.
Why Crave appears to be part of Rogers
Crave may appear in the Rogers TV guide, on a Rogers bill, or in the apps on a Rogers box. Rogers also lets eligible customers launch Crave on their set-top box and authenticate the Crave app with Rogers TV-provider credentials. Those are distribution and billing arrangements, not ownership.
Bell Media describes Crave as its Canadian streaming service and says it is available directly and through participating television providers. Rogers explains the TV rebrand at Rogers Ignite is now Rogers Xfinity and the separate streaming rebrand at Ignite Streaming is now Rogers Streaming.

Is Crave included with Rogers Xfinity TV?
Not automatically. Crave may be included in a particular promotion or entertainment package, but simply having Rogers Xfinity TV does not prove that Crave is included. Otherwise, Crave can be ordered as a paid premium add-on. Package names, eligibility, pricing and channel availability can vary by account and location.
To verify your own entitlement, check the current plan and bill rather than relying on an old guide or advertisement.

Check your Rogers bill
Look for a line such as Crave, Crave Premium, Crave with STARZ, Movies Pack, Movie Lovers Package or another entertainment bundle. The exact description varies by plan and region.
Check MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- Open Usage & Services, then select TV.
- Under Current plan, choose Manage channels or Manage theme packs.
- Search for Crave to see whether it is active or available to add.
Former Shaw customers using MyRogers (Shaw) should open My Services, select Add-ons, search for Crave and choose Order now. These paths are documented in the Rogers Crave FAQ.

Check the guide
Rogers’ Crave offering can include linear channels such as Crave 1–4 and HBO Canada 1–2. Channel numbers are not universal: they depend on the local market and service configuration, so confirm them in your own Rogers guide or Rogers channel listings.
How to use the Crave app with a Rogers subscription
A Rogers-billed Crave subscription can generally be used on the Rogers Xfinity TV box, the Rogers Xfinity Stream app and the Crave app or website. On a compatible voice remote, saying “Crave” can open the service, or you can find it in the box’s apps menu. Access through the Rogers box does not make Crave a Rogers-owned service.

- Open the Crave app or visit the Crave website.
- Choose Sign in.
- Select Sign in through my TV provider.
- Search for Rogers or Rogers together with Shaw.
- Enter the MyRogers credentials connected to the Rogers TV subscription.
- On first sign-in, create or link a Bell Media account and complete the email verification-code step.
Button names can change as apps are updated; the sequence above reflects Rogers’ current instructions.

The company receiving the charge usually controls cancellation. Rogers’ third-party streaming-app terms explain that subscriptions obtained through Rogers can be managed through MyRogers, while account-linking problems may involve both companies.

Rogers-billed Crave or direct Crave?

Bell Media’s direct service information is at Crave.ca and Bell Media’s Crave page. Bell Media announced a Standard With Ads option through Prime Video at $11.99 per month in October 2025; that dated price is not a current October 2026 quote. Rogers’ page displayed these signals on August 18, 2026: Crave Premium at $22 per month with a “2 months on us” promotion, Crave Premium with STARZ at $26, Movies Pack with Crave Premium at $28.95 changing to $32 on August 18, 2026, and Movie Lovers Package at $35 changing to $38 on that date. Taxes, region, eligibility, package requirements and later price changes apply.
Those Rogers bundles do not show that Crave is a Rogers service; they show that Rogers is selling distribution for a Bell Media service.
Fix common access and billing problems
Crave is missing from the Rogers box
- Confirm that the Rogers TV plan is active.
- Check that Crave was actually ordered, rather than merely mentioned in a promotion.
- Verify you are using the correct MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) account.
- Allow time for the package update to reach the box.
- Check whether your local lineup carries the relevant Crave channels.
The Crave app says you are not subscribed
- Sign out of Crave.
- Restart sign-in through TV provider.
- Select the correct Rogers or Rogers-with-Shaw option.
- Use credentials tied to the Rogers TV account.
- Confirm an active Crave entitlement in MyRogers.
- If Rogers is billing you but access still fails, contact Rogers first; contact Crave when the Rogers entitlement is active but the Bell Media account link fails.
You are charged twice
Compare the Rogers bill, Crave billing page, Apple or Google subscriptions, Amazon subscriptions and any previous television-provider account. Do not cancel both immediately: one charge may be the entitlement currently unlocking the TV box or app.
You cancelled Rogers TV but Crave is still charging
The remaining charge may be a direct Crave subscription, a premium add-on that was not removed with the TV service, a promotion that converted to paid billing, or a subscription made by another household member. Identify the merchant on the charge before cancelling or contacting support.

Crave is available through Rogers, but it is not part of Rogers in the ownership sense. Bell Media operates Crave; Rogers distributes and may bill it as a premium TV add-on. Check your Rogers bill or MyRogers account to determine whether Crave is included, separately added or absent, then use the billing company’s account to manage or cancel it.
