Sophi Balerdi finished second and Sage Ahrens-Nichols third. In my view, the jury reached the right result: Savannah combined the strongest late-game résumé with the clearest explanation of how she controlled her path to the end.

TVLine reports that Savannah won with five jury votes. The reviewed recaps establish the winner and that Sophi was the runner-up and Sage placed third, but they do not provide a complete ballot breakdown for every finalist, so no fuller tally can be stated responsibly. TVLine recap TV Insider recap
The final-five decision put Savannah in control
Immunity, steak and a revealing choice
Savannah won the Final Five immunity challenge and a steak reward. She chose Sage to join her, leaving the remaining players to navigate the vote without her. That selection mattered because it showed Savannah was willing to shape the social arrangement around her rather than simply take the most obvious strategic threat.

Kristina Mills is voted out
Kristina Mills was eliminated at the Final Five. TV Insider reports that all but one vote went against Kristina and that Kristina cast her vote for Sage. TV Insider recap The round gave Savannah another individual-immunity win while removing a player who could still affect the endgame.
Final Four: Sophi changes the route to the end
Sophi’s comeback immunity win
At the Final Four, Sophi Balerdi came from behind to win immunity. Her victory gave her the decisive power to choose which two players would sit beside her at the Final Tribal Council.

Savannah beats Rizo at fire
Sophi took Sage to the Final Three, sending Savannah and Rizo Velovic to the fire-making challenge. Savannah won that duel, while Rizo was sent to the jury. The result is crucial to evaluating her win: Savannah did not receive a straightforward invitation to the end. She had to earn her place under maximum pressure and did so in the season’s last elimination. TV Insider recap TVLine recap
How the three finalists argued their cases
The Final Tribal Council questions were described by TVLine as thought-provoking. TV Insider’s account of the finalists’ pitches provides the clearest comparison, although it cannot reveal every juror’s private reasoning.

| Finalist | Case described in the recaps | What the case demonstrated |
|---|---|---|
| Savannah Louie | A combination of social, strategic and physical play. | She could point to individual immunity wins, the Final Five decision, and her fire-making win as connected parts of an endgame she actively built. |
| Sophi Balerdi | An emphasis on her social game. | Her Final Four immunity win and decision to take Sage showed agency, but her argument had to overcome the fact that Savannah survived the fire-making round she created. |
| Sage Ahrens-Nichols | An emotional presentation of strategic moves. | The approach made the personal stakes visible while asking jurors to credit strategy that was not always presented as directly as Savannah’s. |
Those categories are a framework for reading the finale, not an announced jury scoring system. The evidence supports saying that Savannah presented the broadest résumé: she paired social relationships with visible strategic choices and repeated challenge success. It does not support claiming that every juror voted for exactly the same reason.
Why the jury’s decision makes sense
She survived the most important votes
Savannah’s endgame was not passive. Her Final Five immunity win protected her, her reward choice helped define the social configuration, and the Kristina vote removed a remaining obstacle. At Final Four, Sophi’s choice forced Savannah into fire, but Savannah answered by winning.
Rank #4
Her résumé covered all three parts of the game
Sophi’s social argument and Sage’s emotionally framed strategic argument each highlighted a genuine strength. Savannah’s advantage was breadth. The recap descriptions show a finalist able to claim social contribution, strategic agency and physical performance in one coherent account, rather than asking the jury to treat one category as compensation for another.
The result is an interpretation, not mind-reading
Five votes are the reported result, not a transcript of each juror’s internal calculation. The fairest conclusion is therefore editorial: based on the moves and performances shown in the finale, Savannah had the most complete case, and the jury’s choice of her over Sophi and Sage was justified.
