The practical replacement is to choose the official service for the sport you actually watch. NBA League Pass is the starting point for eligible out-of-market NBA games; NFL+ covers a defined set of mobile, local, primetime, and replay features rather than every NFL game; MLB.TV remains the main out-of-market baseball option; Apple TV carries 2026 MLS programming and the United States Formula 1 arrangement; and a live-TV streaming bundle is usually the most flexible choice for viewers who follow several leagues.
Why searching for a new StreamEast domain is a bad idea
ACE described the former StreamEast network as an unauthorized live-sports operation that received more than 1.6 billion visits during the preceding year. Its reported shutdown was therefore not an ordinary temporary outage or a routine domain change. The original operation is not something you should assume has simply moved to a new address.
Even if a page looks familiar, a mirror or clone could be controlled by a different operator. Common risks include:

- Requests for a credit card, email password, or social-media login before showing a stream.
- Browser extensions, media players, codecs, or VPN applications presented as required viewing software.
- Pop-ups that imitate antivirus alerts, account warnings, or official sports services.
- Unstable streams that vanish during the event, with no legitimate customer support or refund process.
The broader enforcement trend has continued. In July 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the seizure of more than 1,000 domains allegedly used to stream 2026 World Cup matches without authorization. That does not mean every sports-streaming website is illegal, but it is a strong reason to verify who owns the rights before entering personal information or installing anything.
Rule of thumb: if a site promises every major league for free and does not clearly identify the authorized broadcaster or rights holder, leave it. Do not install a browser extension, media player, VPN, or special codec offered by that site.
Choose the replacement by sport
There is no single legal service that carries every game in every country. Rights depend on the sport, the event, your location, the broadcaster, and whether the game is local, national, or out of market. Use the table as a starting point, then confirm the specific event on the league’s official viewing or ways-to-watch page.

NBA: start with League Pass, but check your ZIP code
For out-of-market NBA games, official NBA League Pass is the logical first option. The NBA describes it as offering live games, replays, condensed games, alternate feeds, NBA TV content, archives, and access on supported devices.

In the United States, local NBA games and nationally televised games are not available live on League Pass. According to the NBA’s blackout guidance, nationally televised games become available on demand at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time the following day, while locally televised games become available three days after the live broadcast.
A blacked-out game generally requires the applicable regional sports network or national broadcaster. Depending on the game and the current rights arrangement, that may include ESPN, ABC, NBC, Peacock, or Amazon Prime Video. Enter your ZIP code and check the schedule before paying; the same subscription can be useful for one viewer and frustrating for another.
NBA decision
- Follow a team outside your local market and want most of its games? Start by checking League Pass.
- Follow your local team? Verify the regional sports network and local broadcast options first.
- Want nationally televised games live? Identify the broadcaster for each network or event rather than assuming League Pass includes them.
NFL: understand what NFL+ does—and does not do
NFL+ is useful, but it is not a complete replacement for every NFL game that might have appeared on an unauthorized aggregator. The NFL describes the service as providing live local and primetime regular-season and postseason games on phones and tablets, live out-of-market preseason games, NFL Network, live audio for every game, and on-demand programming.

NFL+ Premium adds NFL RedZone, full-game and condensed-game replays, and All-22 coaches film. Those features may make Premium attractive to a fan who wants replays or RedZone, but they do not turn NFL+ into an all-games package.
For the 2026 season, the NFL’s viewing guidance again distinguishes live local and primetime mobile coverage from the separate route for out-of-market Sunday afternoon games. If you want every eligible out-of-market Sunday afternoon game, consult the NFL’s official Ways to Watch page and the current Sunday Ticket offering. Do not buy NFL+ on the assumption that it includes that entire Sunday afternoon slate.
The free NFL Channel is another legitimate option for background coverage, scores, highlights, replays, and original programming on supported platforms. It does not carry live NFL games.
MLB: MLB.TV is still the out-of-market starting point
For baseball fans, MLB.TV 2026 remains the relevant official out-of-market product. Distribution changed in 2026: ESPN’s support information says subscribers can link an MLB.TV subscription between their ESPN and MLB accounts, and that the package is available through the ESPN ecosystem.
That does not eliminate blackouts or exclusivity rules. MLB’s 2026 viewing guidance identifies MLB.TV for out-of-market games while noting that national and exclusive games can be distributed through services including Apple TV, ESPN, FOX, NBC, and Peacock. Before subscribing, check two things:

- Whether the game is out of market for your location.
- Whether the particular game is subject to a national or exclusive broadcast restriction.
If you mainly follow a local team, MLB.TV may not be the best standalone purchase. Compare the local broadcaster’s package and the national schedule with the games you actually intend to watch.
MLS and soccer: Apple TV is not a universal soccer answer
For the 2026 season, MLS matches and exclusive MLS programming are included with an Apple TV MLS subscription arrangement rather than a separate MLS Season Pass subscription. Apple’s support information says the standalone MLS Season Pass ended after the 2025 season and that 2026 MLS programming is included with Apple TV.

Apple says viewers can watch the MLS season, Leagues Cup, and playoffs through Apple TV on Apple devices, smart TVs, Roku, Fire TV, game consoles, and other supported platforms. Check device compatibility and current regional availability before subscribing.
Do not extend that conclusion to all soccer. The Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Liga MX, domestic cups, and other competitions can have different rights holders, and rights can vary by country. Identify the exact league or tournament first, then use its official viewing guide to find the authorized service in your region.

F1 TV remains a strong fit in selected markets for fans who want every available session plus features such as replays, live timing, team radio, onboard cameras, archive material, and coverage of F1, F2, F3, F1 Academy, and Porsche Supercup events where the relevant plan and rights are offered. F1 TV Pro availability is market-specific, so it should not be treated as a worldwide product.
The United States changed for 2026. Formula 1 identified Apple as its new official U.S. broadcaster and said F1 TV content is hosted through Apple TV in the United States. F1’s U.S. subscription information presents Apple TV as the U.S. home of Formula 1 and also notes that Apple TV includes MLB games and MLS programming. U.S. viewers should therefore check the current Apple TV presentation rather than assuming that the international F1 TV Pro setup applies domestically.
When a live-TV streaming bundle makes more sense
If you follow the NBA, NFL, MLB, soccer, and other sports at the same time, separate league subscriptions can become complicated and may still leave gaps on broadcast networks, cable sports channels, or regional sports networks. A live-TV streaming service may be the more practical replacement for a multi-sport household.
Potential routes include Fubo, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and DIRECTV STREAM. They are not interchangeable, and none should be treated as a universal guarantee. Availability depends on your ZIP code, local broadcast stations, regional sports networks, the current channel lineup, and the provider’s present rights agreements. The NFL’s official Ways to Watch guidance lists major provider categories and partners, including YouTube TV, Hulu, Fubo, broadcast networks, and other TV providers.
Compare a bundle without overpaying
- Write down the exact games, teams, channels, and competitions you watch.
- Check whether each event is local, national, exclusive, or out of market.
- Enter your ZIP code on the provider’s current channel-availability page.
- Compare the bundle’s total monthly cost with one league-specific subscription plus any missing channel.
- Check supported televisions, mobile devices, simultaneous-stream rules, and regional sports access.
- Recheck the lineup when a season or rights agreement changes; sports packages are not static.
A league-specific product can be cheaper when you mainly follow one competition. A live-TV bundle is more likely to make sense when you need several networks or regional channels in one place.

What device do you need?
You do not need special software from a mirror to watch legitimate sports streams. Use the official app on a supported smart TV, game console, phone, tablet, computer, or streaming device.
An Amazon Fire TV Stick is a reasonable task-enabling choice if your television lacks the apps you need. NBA documentation lists the NBA App on Amazon Fire TV and Firestick in supported markets, and Formula 1 lists Amazon Fire TV among supported devices. The device is simply a way to access legitimate applications on a television; it does not unlock blacked-out games, provide unauthorized streams, or make a service available in a country where it has no rights.
Before buying any device, confirm that the specific official app supports your model and region. Also check whether the service requires a newer operating system, a separate subscription, or a mobile-only plan. A streaming stick cannot solve a league-rights restriction.
A simple replacement checklist
- Name the event. Identify the league, team, matchup, race, or tournament—not just the sport.
- Find the official rights holder. Start with the league’s current Ways to Watch, viewing guide, or subscription page.
- Classify the event. Determine whether it is local, national, exclusive, or out of market.
- Check geography. Enter your ZIP code or country when the service offers an availability checker.
- Check the device. Confirm that the official app runs on your television, phone, tablet, browser, or streaming stick.
- Compare the package. Decide between a league subscription and a live-TV bundle based on the actual channels and games you need.
- Use only official apps and payment pages. Do not follow a mirror’s download prompt to reach a legitimate service.
If you already visited a StreamEast mirror
Do not panic, but do not assume that closing the tab completed the cleanup. Take the following steps according to what happened:
You only opened the page
- Close the tab and any pop-up windows.
- Do not click additional play buttons or download prompts.
- Review your browser’s site permissions and remove notification permission for the suspicious site.
- Clear the site’s data if the page repeatedly reopens or redirects.
You downloaded or installed something
- Do not open the downloaded file. Delete it from the Downloads folder and empty the recycle bin or trash.
- Uninstall any extension, application, media player, codec, or VPN you installed because the page claimed it was required.
- Run the built-in security scan for your operating system and install pending browser and operating-system updates.
- Check your browser’s extensions, startup pages, search engine, and notification permissions for changes you did not make.
You entered a password or payment information
- Change the exposed password from a clean, trusted device. If you reused it elsewhere, change it on those accounts too.
- Turn on multifactor authentication wherever it is available.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly if you entered payment details, and monitor the account for unfamiliar transactions.
- Be suspicious of follow-up emails claiming to offer refunds, account verification, or malware removal.
If the computer continues redirecting, displaying unexpected ads, or showing unknown processes after a scan, stop using it for sensitive logins and seek qualified technical assistance. Do not install another unverified tool recommended by the original pop-up.

A VPN as a blackout solution
A VPN may have legitimate privacy or network-security uses, but you should not claim that it legally defeats a league blackout. Attempting to disguise your location can violate a service’s terms, may not work reliably, and does not change the underlying broadcast rights. Follow the league and provider’s rules.
One subscription for every sport
No single subscription should be presented as a guaranteed home for every league, country, channel, and event. Rights are fragmented and can change from season to season. Verify the exact competition and date.

NFL+ as every NFL game
NFL+ is valuable for its defined mobile, local, primetime, preseason, audio, RedZone, and replay features, depending on the plan. It is not a blanket replacement for every out-of-market Sunday afternoon game.
A StreamEast-branded domain as the original service
An active domain using the name is not proof that it is operated by the former network, authorized by a league, or safe to use. Treat the branding as a warning sign, not as authentication.
The fastest way to choose today
If you need a practical answer rather than a list of services, use this sequence:
- NBA out of market: Check NBA League Pass and its blackout result for your ZIP code.
- NFL local, primetime, or mobile viewing: Review NFL+; for a full out-of-market Sunday afternoon slate, check the current Sunday Ticket route.
- MLB out of market: Check MLB.TV 2026 and confirm whether the game is nationally or exclusively distributed elsewhere.
- MLS: Check Apple TV for the 2026 season, while using a separate official rights guide for other soccer competitions.
- Formula 1 in the United States: Check Apple TV’s 2026 Formula 1 offering; elsewhere, check whether F1 TV Pro is available in your market.
- Several sports and channels: Compare the ZIP-code-specific lineups of Fubo, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and DIRECTV STREAM.

Bottom line: Do not hunt for a new StreamEast mirror. Identify the exact sport and event, verify the authorized broadcaster for your location, and choose the narrowest official package that covers what you watch. League Pass, NFL+, MLB.TV, Apple TV, F1 TV, and live-TV bundles can all be useful—but only with their geography, blackout, device, and rights limitations understood.
