How to stream both movies free on Tubi
- Open the Tubi website or the Tubi app on a supported device.
- Search separately for Terrifier and Terrifier 2. Do not assume that finding one means the other is available.
- Open the result and confirm that it is the correct film: Terrifier is the 2018 movie, while Terrifier 2 is the 2022 sequel.
- Start playback and expect commercial interruptions.
Tubi’s horror programming announcement included both films, and Tubi maintains a dedicated listing for Terrifier 2. That makes Tubi one of the strongest first checks, but the title shown in the app is still the final confirmation of availability.
Other free, ad-supported services
Pluto TV
Pluto TV has been listed as a free-with-ads option for both Terrifier and Terrifier 2. Search the movie within Pluto TV rather than relying only on a web search, since a title may move between on-demand listings and scheduled channels.
Amazon Prime Video Free with Ads
Terrifier has been reported in Amazon’s free, ad-supported catalog. This is not the same thing as included access through a paid Amazon Prime subscription. Look for a clearly marked free-with-ads playback option before pressing play; if Amazon displays only a rental, purchase, or channel subscription, that particular offer is not free.
Fandango at Home Free and Xumo Play
For the first Terrifier, Fandango at Home Free and Xumo Play have also been listed as free, ad-supported sources. Availability can vary by location and can change without notice, so treat these as alternatives if Tubi or Pluto TV does not show the film.

The Roku Channel
Terrifier 2 has been listed on The Roku Channel as free with ads. Roku Channel access is not limited to Roku hardware in every market, but the service’s supported devices and catalog can differ by country. Confirm the title in your local Roku Channel app or website.
Can you watch Terrifier 2 free with a library card?
Possibly. JustWatch reports free library-oriented availability for Terrifier 2 through Kanopy and Hoopla. These services are not universal free-streaming sites: access generally depends on a participating public library, university, or other institution, and libraries can impose borrowing limits or exclude individual titles.
To check:
- Visit your public library or university’s digital-resources page.
- Sign in or enter your library-card details in Hoopla or Kanopy if your institution supports the service.
- Search for Terrifier 2 and check whether your institution licenses it.
- Review any monthly borrows, viewing windows, or eligibility restrictions before starting.
A library listing is therefore best described as “may be free through a participating library,” not as guaranteed free access for anyone with an internet connection. The first Terrifier has also been reported through Hoopla, subject to the same eligibility caveat.
What if the film is not free in your location?
Streaming catalogs are regional. A movie may be free in one U.S. market, unavailable in another, or listed only as a rental or purchase. If none of the free services shows the title, use a legal fallback:
Rank #3
- Ultra-speedy streaming: Roku Ultra is 30% faster than any other Roku player, delivering a lightning-fast interface and apps that launch in a snap.
- Cinematic streaming: This TV streaming device brings the movie theater to your living room with spectacular 4K, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision picture alongside immersive Dolby Atmos audio.
- The ultimate Roku remote: The rechargeable Roku Voice Remote Pro offers backlit buttons, hands-free voice controls, and a lost remote finder.
- No more fumbling in the dark: See what you’re pressing with backlit buttons.
- Say goodbye to batteries: Keep your remote powered for months on a single charge.
- Subscription streaming: Terrifier has had a Peacock watch page, but its current plan and availability should be checked rather than assumed to be free. Terrifier 2 has been listed with Amazon Prime Video and several genre-focused channel subscriptions, including Screambox, Midnight Pulp, and Cineverse channels.
- Digital rental or purchase: Both films have been listed through transactional services, including Amazon Video and other digital stores. These are paid options, and individual offers can expire or change.
- Physical media: A disc is the more durable choice if you want to watch without depending on a changing streaming catalog.
One Amazon Video listing for Terrifier 2 showed an availability end date of August 12, 2026. Because that date is the research timestamp for this article, do not rely on that particular offer without checking it again.
Physical fallback: Blu-ray and 4K editions
If you want permanent legal access, look for a current Terrifier 2 Blu-ray listing. Standard Blu-ray and DVD editions have been documented, and Terrifier 2 has also had 4K Blu-ray and SteelBook editions. Choose the format your player supports: a 4K UHD disc generally requires a 4K-capable player, while a standard Blu-ray is not automatically the same product as a 4K edition.
Retail availability, seller, price, stock, packaging, and regional compatibility can change. If this page includes a retail product link, it may be an affiliate link; that does not change the price or the recommendation to verify the exact edition before ordering.
Collectors can also check a Terrifier 2 4K Blu-ray listing, but should confirm that it includes the expected discs and that the release is compatible with their region and equipment. The existence of a documented edition does not mean every retailer has it in stock at all times.
How to confirm a “free” listing is actually free
Before creating an account or starting playback, check these details:
- Look for the price label: “Free with ads” is different from “rent,” “buy,” “included with subscription,” or “start trial.”
- Check the exact title: Search for the 2018 Terrifier or 2022 Terrifier 2, not a trailer, clip, fan upload, or similarly named title.
- Expect advertising: Legal free-streaming platforms normally pay for the service through commercial interruptions.
- Check account requirements: A free service may still require registration. Library services require an eligible institution or card.
- Confirm location: A result found through a U.S. availability page may not work outside the United States.
- Recheck before watching: Streaming rights can change even when a search engine result or old article still displays the title.
Avoid illegal “full movie free” sites
Do not use torrent indexes, cyberlockers, unauthorized copies, or suspicious pages promising a free full movie through an unfamiliar player. Besides infringing copyright, these sites can use deceptive download buttons, aggressive pop-ups, malware, or requests for payment information. Tubi, Pluto TV, The Roku Channel, library services, and the other legitimate options above provide safer ways to check availability.

Recommended viewing order
Watch Terrifier (2018) first, then Terrifier 2 (2022). The sequel follows the original film and is easier to place if you have already seen Art the Clown’s first feature-length story. Both are extremely graphic horror films, so viewers should check the rating and content warnings if they are choosing a movie for a group.

The Bottom Line
Start with Tubi or Pluto TV and search for each film separately. For Terrifier 2, also check The Roku Channel, Hoopla, and Kanopy if your library participates. If neither movie is free where you live, use a legal rental, subscription, or physical disc rather than an unauthorized copy. Because streaming rights change, verify the listing and its price immediately before watching.
