Six-man tag team match
Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens vs. The Bloodline. The match continued the conflict between Rhodes and the reconfigured Bloodline led by Solo Sikoa. Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa were part of the Bloodline side, while Jacob Fatu was closely involved in the match and its finish.

Drew McIntyre won the men’s Money in the Bank contract
Drew McIntyre defeated LA Knight, Jey Uso, Andrade, Carmelo Hayes and Chad Gable to become Mr. Money in the Bank. The victory gave McIntyre a guaranteed championship opportunity that he could attempt to use at a time of his choosing.
Sami Zayn retained the Intercontinental Championship
Sami Zayn defeated Bron Breakker to retain the Intercontinental Championship. The victory came in front of Zayn’s home-country crowd in Toronto.
Damian Priest retained the World Heavyweight Championship
Damian Priest defeated Seth “Freakin” Rollins and Drew McIntyre in the Triple Threat Match. McIntyre attempted to cash in his newly won Money in the Bank contract during the match, but CM Punk interfered.

Punk’s interference stopped McIntyre from taking advantage of the contract, allowing Priest to defeat McIntyre and Rollins. The failed cash-in escalated the McIntyre-Punk rivalry. It also meant that Priest stayed champion, preserving his place in Judgment Day and keeping the stipulation that Rollins could not challenge Priest for the title while Priest held it.
Tiffany Stratton won the women’s Money in the Bank contract
Tiffany Stratton won the women’s ladder match and became Ms. Money in the Bank. She retrieved the briefcase after Chelsea Green crashed through tables.

McIntyre’s failed cash-in changed the men’s story
McIntyre’s briefcase win was immediately overshadowed by the attempted cash-in. Rather than winning the World Heavyweight Championship, he was thwarted by CM Punk. That made the briefcase central to the continuing McIntyre-Punk feud and showed why a Money in the Bank victory does not guarantee that a cash-in will succeed.
The Bloodline gained momentum against Cody Rhodes

Stratton became a future title threat
Stratton’s victory established her as the women’s contract holder. The briefcase gave her a potential championship opportunity while allowing WWE to keep the timing of her challenge uncertain.
