Zuza Beine, a 14-year-old social media creator, died after an 11-year journey with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), according to a People report carried by Yahoo. Her family announced the death on her Instagram account on September 23, 2025, saying she had died the previous morning.
Who was Zuza Beine?
Beine was a young creator whose public videos mixed ordinary teenage experiences with updates about living through cancer and treatment. People described her as a member of Glow House, a young creator group that launched in February 2025.

Her Instagram biography, as described by People, called her a “five-time survivor” of AML and said she had received three bone marrow transplants. These are profile details relayed by the article, not independently verified clinical records.

What her family announced
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, her family posted the death announcement on Beine’s Instagram account. People quoted the statement as saying: “It is with broken hearts that we share that Zuza died yesterday morning.”

The family also wrote, “More than anything, she wanted to be a normal, healthy kid.” No clinician or named medical spokesperson was quoted in the report, and the announcement did not provide additional medical details beyond the family’s statement.

Rather than directing followers toward a cancer-related organization, the family asked for donations to support the wife and children of Beine’s recently deceased uncle. People reported that the fundraising page did not state a cause of death for the uncle.
