Romantic fiction is the consistent label. The social-fiction tag appears on only one listing, so treat it as a secondary classification.

What the available excerpt shows
A Kitab Nagri page dated March 25, 2022 includes an Urdu excerpt in which Kashish and Aliza argue about their relationship to Yameen Sikandar. Aliza says she is Yameen’s first wife. Kashish objects, and Yameen then tells Kashish that Aliza will stay.
That passage supports one reading: a tense, contested marital situation with three central characters. It is a single scene from a page that presents it as a sample, not a summary. Nothing in the excerpt shows how the conflict is resolved, and readers should not assume the rest of the book follows the same arrangement of characters or events. The excerpt is character dialogue. The 578 and 580 page counts and the 10 MB and 11.30 MB file sizes cannot all describe the same file. Kitabnagri.org says it offers a complete PDF and read-online version, but it gives no publisher, ISBN, page count or print format. A reader who sees a specific page count should treat it as the listing’s claim, not a verified specification.
