A Portuguese-language report by Baixar Músicas reproduced a statement attributed to Noah: “Seguir em frente nunca é fácil, mas saber que Zane vai representar a bandeira do nosso país me dá muito orgulho e alegria.” Translated into English, he said that moving on is never easy, but knowing Zane would represent their country made him proud and happy. The report reproduces the statement; it is not the original social post.
Who is Zane Carter, and how did he join?
Contemporaneous coverage identified Zane Carter as the new member representing the United States. Tangerina reported that he was one of 12 winners of the Uniters Bootcamp, associated with the Camp Now United competition. That figure refers to the competition’s winners, not a broader statistic about the group or music industry.

In November 2022, POPline reported on an interview with Noah and Zane, presenting the change as a handoff between Noah’s group tenure and solo projects and Zane’s role representing the United States. Read POPline’s November 3, 2022 report.
When was Noah Urrea’s last Now United performance?
A November 16, 2022 interview preview from Tangerina said Noah’s last performance with Now United was scheduled for November 19 in São Paulo. That was the plan reported at the time; the preview is not, by itself, confirmation that the performance took place as scheduled. See the interview preview.

Is Zane Carter still a Now United member?
The sources here do not verify the group’s current lineup. Now United’s official website search result lists both Zane and Noah, but it was crawled more than a year before this research and cannot establish whether either remains an active member. The confirmed account these sources support is the October 2022 transition: Noah announced his departure, and Zane was named as the U.S. representative.
